Best budget friendly hotel and hospitality of the person is very good

The hotel is newly constructed (2022 as per owner) so rooms are new. Small-big all types of rooms are available here. The behaviour of the owner is good but the servant has some attitude. There are no negotiations to fix prices. We have taken a room for 3 people and 2 days and it costs around 7k. The bathroom is good and big for our room. Cons: 1. The bed sheets were not so clean. 2. Room service is not good we had asked for amenities and those were also very less. 3. The water which they were provided is dirty not recommended to drink. 4. The receptionist is not always available on his desk we have checked here & there. 5. Wifi speed is good but it gets turned off every time. Overall, okay okay experience.

On point with respect to location. City centre is close by. Room was clean, restroom has hot water, well ventilated and with wifi. Overall good stay. Oh yes, there is a cafe just outside of the hotel. It offers very good coffee and shakes etc..

It's very good place to stay with family. Recently(28/05/23) we visited here and loved it. Room and bathroom are very clean and well maintained. We reached late night and from hotel they (Madhu) keep checking our location and waited till we reach hotel and helped us to check in as soon as possible. Also, helped us to get local cab to roam nearby chikkmagaluru. Overall had a very good experience throughout the journey. I recommend this place 5/5.

Very neat hotel on the main road. 0ne km from bus stop. Good and comfortable rooms. But car parking maybe available for 2 to 3 cars or they may make arrangements.
