Luxury at affordable price.. I found this as best stay in Chikmagalur..I booked three rooms of 3 bedded a/c suite... It's simply awesome.. Manager Jeevan explained all possible options for 3 families to stay there and also assisted local sightseeing by jeep ride.. I highly recommend this for everyone.. Best stay

Parking area is small but they manage it well. Rooms were good, hot water was available throughout. Walls have been covered with wallpapers in rooms to hide the moulds. Overall great experience. Outside food is allowed.

I had an extremely unpleasant experience during my 4-day stay at this lodge. From the moment we arrived, there was no proper service provided. The fans, geyser, and even the water supply were not functioning, forcing us to repeatedly request basic services. The washrooms were filthy, the towels and bedsheets were not clean, and the overall hygiene was appalling. To make matters worse, the rooms lacked proper ventilation, leaving us feeling suffocated throughout the stay. The staff showed no concern for guest comfort, and we were constantly chasing them for assistance. This was by far the worst accommodation experience I've ever had, and I would strongly advise others to stay away from this poorly managed lodge.

I recently had a terrible experience at this lodge. The room service was extremely poor, with delayed responses and lack of attention to detail. Basic services were below standard, leaving me highly dissatisfied. To make matters worse, the receptionist lacked basic courtesy and had no sense of how to communicate professionally. Overall, this was one of the worst stays I've ever had, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The rooms are ok, but the staffs were really friendly. We asked for extra beds, pillows and they arranged it without extra fees. I wouldn't say it has spectacular view of Chikmagalur's nature, nonetheless it had a view of the town with the mountain in the background since we stayed in the 4th floor. The parking could have been larger. That's the only problem we faced.
