Thanks for the detailed reply, I really appreciate. In the reply it's mentioned to present my part of the story, so here is my response towards that. Before that I want to clarify that I don't want to affect anyone livelihood, I am trying to be good critic. I didn't cancel booking because there were no rooms available since its peak season time, the hotel suggested by the owner has bar attached which I was not willing to consider. About the noise I have complained but still it continued after midnight. Previous day night I have requested for the breakfast around 8am, but your service personal didn't inform me that you serve breakfast between 8:30am to 10:30am. If he certain about the timing I wouldn't have complained. About the mineral water, I didn't see any mineral water present in jug which was present in the room. Since you are a hotel catering wide customer base I think it's basic etiquette to fill the water in advance without any request if you don't have any other options. Please consider this as suggestion not as complaint. All the best!!

COMPLETELY FRAUD HOTEL!! DO NOT STAY HERE !! Had the worst experience of my life staying here. The receptionist will allow you to book a room at a lower price initially. And at the time of checkout will harass you by increasing the price. Me and my friend who were staying here for 2 days were tricked by them and then they harassed us mentally and even tried to threaten us.

Located at the center of the town, this property is a well-maintained gateway for those who want budget stay in a decent manner. Staff and service was good, and rooms were clean as well. That's something that can light up your mood.

I booked 3 rooms on 5th&6th oct. Rooms are good & cleAn, but no ventilation. No sufficient staff to attend your requirements. Owner is very rude for my queries over phone. He should properly speak with customers

My stay was really very good.. Rooms are very nice especially the staff is very helpful.. Highly recommended... Overall it was amazing experience..

Very conveniently located at the heart of the city! Can walk and explore all the places around. Has the benefits of a professional lodge, but feels like a nice cozy home stay !
