this hotel is not even a lodge ...worst , quoted price Rs10,800/-per night with breakfast for 3 people with extra bed, after discount they offered us for Rs 4,800/-|Rooms are very small, dirty , bathrooms are not maintained, no place in the rooms for extra bed ,no one there for service, remote area, there is no restaurant, remote area and we cant get anything near , we have to go arround 5kms, but what ever is shown in the photos are all fake , please avoid this type of hotels , which shows something and gives a surprise like this ....big dissapointment

It is Located in the middle of the city, helps to roam in the city by walking. A common Parking is available near the hotel. All staff are very cooperative, especially hotel manager Mr.Pradheep, he helps for knowing the nearby tourist spot and arranging the best food. Front office lady and housekeeping staff behaviour and hospitality is exceptional. room is very neat and clean. We selected the inter connected room. is very spacious room. Hotel doesn't have the restaurant, but he suggested the best hotel near by, Thanks all of you for the comfort stay in Chickmanguluru which makes our trip is memorable.

It was the premium hotel in malnad (located in city) but easily accessible to hill station from hotel 1 hall with bedroom Really good stay and its located in city (non traffic area) Worth for money Complimentary breakfast has been provided Rooms are neat and clean AC room along with TV and looks premium. Bathroom fittings Jaguar and hot water option is provided And lift facility is available And the staffs are very helpful in addressing our concerns and they treated us very well Nothing much cons. One of the best hotel in the malnad city. Can book this without second thoughts Suggestion to hotel : 1.along with complimentary breakfast morning tea/coffee can be provided with addl cost 2. Kettle and bath products can be provided in facility like(shampoo/tooth brush/paste) Final words: Hotel owner is very genuine and helpful and he have given us an upgraded premium room with big PARKING space

Nice rooms! Rooms are clean and tidy! Staff are generous! There are few problems though, AC isn't working, but, provided the weather, it's not a major issue! And certain OYO complimentaries such as soap etc are not provided. Two Water bottles were given, but, these are too small. Overall, it's a good experience!

Pros Spacious rooms.. Cons Pathetic hospitality. Serving stale food.. No TV channels(missed out seeing the India Newzealand cricket match), creaky beds, serving hand wash for shower gels., had to ask twice for water bottles.. . I can go on and on...

It was neat and clean, the place has ample parking space..and the connectivity is really good...its near to main road, accessible to all bus point, MG road, restaurants etc....however it's a bit far from the tourist destinations but that's fine..as we can get jeep or car arranged from the hotel staff itself. In the meanwhile the staff was not clear on the billing part however and they were unable to answer a few basic questions. Other than that it was decent enough for the price it offers

I had booked via Agoda.com. Breakfast was assured but not provided in the hotel. Proper n toiletries was not provided. The room was neat and clean though with a big space but the bed was small for 3 people. The cost of the booking was too exorbitant.

It was a bad experience, there was no power for more than 3 hrs when we checked-in. We had to take stairs for 2 floor everytime we need anything. Because as power was not there even phone lines were also dead. On other part, they did not have Bowls and spoons for food. I wonder how they are managing free breakfast (included in package). seeing all these I took a call and changed hotel after 3 hrs. Pros: 1. East accessable as situated very close to city centre. 2. Basement parking 3. Great room Size. cons: This one is enogh- you will not able to enjoy any of the pros mentioned above ;-).
