Al though the hotel room was clean and comfortable, I am giving 0 stars bcoz they demanded from our group leader via a WhatsApp message that we leave 5 star reviews. Instead, they should have asked if we had a pleasant stay, and requested us to leave a review about our experience. They assumed that our stay was pleasant. We were a group of 24 members that included 4 kids. And in their WhatsApp they said that they expected 20 positive reviews from us. Absolutely uncouth high-handed behaviour! They said that they had given us a good price. They expected the "favour" to get returned via +ve reviews. There was no favour as far as pricing was concerned! I have stayed in many cities in our country and I can tell that a similar room could have been got for INR500 less than what they had charged us. We had to beg them for extra mattresses thrice and they were provided late at night at 11pm when I was about to sleep on the floor on a mat I had carried. There was an elderly gentleman at the reception who was kind. And another boy the next day in the morning who was also kind.

They were incredibly cooperative and went out of their way to ensure our stay was smooth. The check-in time is 1 PM, and the check-out time is 11 AM, which is quite standard. Since we arrived early in the morning, the staff kindly allowed us to store our luggage securely until our room was ready. Additionally, we had a late-night travel schedule and requested a few minutes for freshening up in the evening after check-out. The staff made arrangements for this, which we truly appreciated. Their willingness to accommodate our requests made our travel experience much easier. Overall, while the facilities are decent and meet expectations, the exceptional service from the staff elevates the experience. I would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay, especially if friendly and accommodating service is a priority.

Excellent accommodation. The rooms were neat and clean. The washrooms were also clean. The property is in the heart of the city. All amenities are at walking distance.|We were a 20 member group . All had a comfortable stay.I would highly recommend Maharaj inn

It was all together a good location perfect room. Good amenities. Ac hot water balcony room at this rate. We were happy to stay there. Few things to check if you are not comfortable with the ortho bed it might be difficult for u to sleep. Rest staff is good and hotel is perfect.

Stayed two weeks here. Comfortable experience. Nice and Gentle staffs and administration. Assisting for any query. Neat and clean atmosphere. Food and Laundry services available on demand. Provides water/tea/coffee on complementary basis. If required daily arranges for room services.

Poor Service and Uncleaned rooms. Its like 1 Start hotel. Please avoid this place. Attached restaurant is not poor in food and high in cost. Hotel staff have limitted availability. Windows are too dusty. Hotel staff do not clean it. They do not have own restaurant so avoid booking with meals as you will be tied up with them and they provide limited meal from very poor restaurants. Its better to book other place.
