Lucent The Homely Hotel

4/5 stars! I had an exceptional stay at Lucent. The rooms were clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The staff were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to cater to our needs. The breakfast spread was just ok. I was expecting better ! Had a good time in pool ! Overall, I highly recommend lucent for its outstanding service, comfort, and value. Can't wait to return!"

Worst Experience, the owner and the staff was so rude that they could not even provide a basic things, the lady who was serving the breakfast was so uneducated he fought with us and said to leave the property. They could not clean the room properly and after telling it their staff denied for it. They promise something else at the time of booking and denied later to provide. This is something customer don't pay for this. I have paid extra charges for it and still they could not provide basic things

Location- Its located within 3 kms from city, the locality is very peaceful and is away from the city traffic. Rooms- Very well maintained with good facilities Service- Excellent hospitality, they have accomodated all our requests. The breakfast was amazing. They have an indoor Swimming pool, which is very well maintained. Parking- Parking slot is available I highly recommend this if you are looking for a good stay around Chikkamagalur in a peaceful location.

We family members have had a very happy & pleasant stay in this Homely Stay Certainly I would suggest my near & dear ones to stay & experience here in this unique location.. Especially it's quite apt for the Vegetarians who come with family..

The Greatest stay i have ever had. The pool experience, friendly hosts and the coolest interior. We were welcomed with complimentary drink. Later we stayed in this property for 3 nights and we had the lovely stay. The owner will do his best to give all the things that makes your stay the best

Great luxury hotel in Chikmagaluru... Great value for money... Visited with family during Christmas... Their ambiance and amenities are so cool and super... Food quality is super and tasty... Recommending this hotel to everyone out there

We had booked this hotel for two days for a family of 4 adults from13th oct to 15th october. First of all the name itself doesnt fit in, 'Luxury hotel'. Nothing was luxury in this hotel. Though the room had 2double cots, the space was very congested. The room was smelling of cigarette smoke. Breakfast was not satisfactory, we skipped the free breakfast on the second day. Rather we chose to eat outside. Responsive staff required. Swimming pool was kept clean.
