The room was okay, not great, and it was not that clean, especially the bathroom. The breakfast served each morning was very average in both quality and quantity. The parking was very limited, allowing up to 4 cars at a time, and entering and exiting the car park required good driving skills. over all we had a average experience with this stay.

The Hotel is located very close to the market area. But apart from this the stay was not comfortable here. 1. They do not have hot water available all the time. 2. Staff asks you to "ADJUST" with such situations. 3. No Glasses, Kettle provided. 4. After not getting hot water and multiple follow ups to get it sorted, the staff keeps cutting calls because they do not understand hindi/english, so its preferable for them to disconnect. 5. Lift is not working. 6. Bedsheets and Comforters are stained with god knows what. 7. The TV has a lock, so you can only watch one channel. Apart from the lady at the reception during the day shift, it was not a good experience here.

I stayed for 3 nights. Pros: room was spacious, location central, reasonably clean and service acceptable. Cons: Problems with hot water, staff not knowing Hindi or English, no restaurant so breakfast and tea are brought from outside. No kettle was provided for tea.

Very bad behaviour by house keeping boys. No hospitality. No facilities in the room.
