Itsy Hotels Harsha Comforts

The hotel is located near Chikmagalur city. Has enough parking space for 4 wheelers since it's located at few metres from main road. Rooms are spacious and decent with good ventilation. Only issue faced is short powercuts that happened two times in one night. Overall value for money.

Not value for money. Breakfast same everyday. (Idly and pulav). They don't have their own kitchen and also will not allow from outside. Ironical they will charge 50 rs extra as petrol charges because they will bring from own restaurant. No lift. Not recommended.

Very pathetic experience. Won't suggest anyone. Not value for money. No lift have to use stairs for 3rd floor. Breakfast is a nightmare. Its basically a lodge. Best if you got the deal between 1500-2000 not suggested above that

The hotel needs major improvements and revamp. There were cockroaches roaming around the bed when we entered our room. We had to book this hotel since there was nothing available when we visited. Located at a distance of around 6kms from Chikmagalur town. Autos from the ksrtc bus stand would charge you anywhere between 150-200 to reach here. And its very difficult to get a transport to get back to town.

Rooms were booked advance, even though they haven't allotted us the room. We waited two hours and then after eternity they given us rooms. Hot water problem, complimentary breakfast was given which was bought from outside restaurant. Though taste is nice. Don't try tea, have only coffee that too strong.

The rooms and blanket had a bad smell, no hot water even though after informing the receptionist multiple times. Also a lot of cockroaches in the rooms. There is no pest control or geyser in this stay at all. The only good thing about the hotel is the wide enough rooms and ventilation.

The experience did not meet the standards I have come to expect from Treebo, and I believe the issues I encountered require immediate attention. Food Service: The hotel does not have an in-house food facility agreed to this. We were informed that food could be ordered from a menu and delivered to our room, but instead, the hotel manager placed an order through Zomato, and we were asked to pay according to the Zomato bill. This process felt unnecessary, as we could have handled the order ourselves. Additionally, we requested plates from the hotel and were given paper plates, which was unexpected considering that we ordered food through them. Moreover the ordered food was of worst quality that we can have. People coming here please order your own food don't really on "Itsy By Treebo- Harsha Comfirts" Breakfast Arrangements: One of the main reasons we choose Treebo is for the quality breakfast service. However, during our stay, we were told to visit a nearby local restaurant for breakfast and to mention the hotel's name. For two consecutive days, we had to go to this external location for breakfast, as the hotel had no arrangements, which was a major inconvenience to us given by "It's By Treebo - Harsha Comforts". Room Service and Amenities: The overall management of the hotel was unsatisfactory. Despite having two guests in the room, only one towel was provided, and after multiple requests, no additional towels were given. Moreover, the shower in the room was not functioning properly, and the bedding was in a poor state with torn bed sheets. These conditions were far below the standard expected of Treebo properties. Given these issues, I believe that Itsy By Treebo - Harsha Comforts is not maintaining the quality that your brand is known for, and I strongly urge Treebo to take action regarding this property. If no improvements are made, I fear it will reflect poorly on Treebo as a whole. Not worth it staying here by paying hefty amount. From below image I think Treebo can identify what's that issue.
