Very nice place to stay with good service, it is located at amazing location, had a good view from the room, all food delivery also come to this location easily, there is a parking also available. Overall very nice experience and would suggest others too.

Perfect Stay for Big Families - Highly Recommended! We recently stayed at I palace in Chikkamagalore with 15 family members, and it was an amazing experience! The spacious rooms were perfect for accommodating our large group comfortably, and the hotel's service truly stood The facilities were well-maintained, and the place is near by for all restaurants and tourist places. Whether you're traveling with family or a large group, I palace is an excellent choice. We're already looking forward to coming.

We reached the location at 12pm for check in. Room allocated for us having smoking smell and bathrooms were dirty. When we asked to change the room, they told that they can only provide this room. After lot of discussion, they agreed to change the room. Even another room has dirty bathrooms and yellowish bedding. Kitchen had no utensils and stove. Toiletries was provided after we asked them 3 times. You may also not feeling like using the towels provided by hotel just by looking into it. Worst part was behavior of staff and owner himself. Owner was kept saying that you are only one complaining, other guests have no issues. He was very rude and unprofessional. I don't know how this property got a 4+ rating. For me, most of the positive reviews are either paid or by staff themselves. Location is ok, bit far from main town. You can park your vehicle at street, there is enough space. Centralized Hot water is there. During peak time(morning till afternoon), hot there will not be there as usage is more this time.

Original comment :- Dirty beddings, Dirty toilets and worst staff and rude owner. We directly booked this property after looking at MMT and Google reviews. We paid 50% advance at the time of booking and owner asked us to pay remaining amount at the time of check-in. We were travelling from Udupi to chikmangluru so reached at their property around 11:45 Am. We asked the property boy for restrooms and he told us to use washroom of one room. We found it quite dirty so didn't use the washroom and waited for my husband to complete the checkin formalities. Then the receptionist told us to use the same room that they asked to use for washroom but since it was very dirty and bedsheets and pillow were very dirty so we told them that we can't take this room and he told us that this the only room left. At same time I was discussing with my cousin that rooms are not as per description so I will give true feedback on Google and that boy heard it and started showing us other rooms but all rooms were same. Dirty toilets and dirty bedsheets with no toiletries, no towel, no water bottle and no ventilation system in the washroom. Washroom glass was also bit translucent so if you will come near to door then anyone from outside can see you clearly so not good if you want to share rooms with your family members. Another thing Owner I have visited many places in last 3-4 years but owner with such rude behaviour is quite unacceptable when you are paying quite decent amount for such dirty property. At the time of check-in his boy told me to talk to owner because owner wanted to give us some discount if we pay remaining amount in cash but we didn't have cash at that time so we told receptionist that we will pay in the evening once we will be back. We told the receptionist that owner told us to call him again and receptionist told us that he is busy and he will convey same message to him.we got a call and a message from owner in the evening and he was very rude and started shouting on us continuously and was telling us that I don't know why you are facing this issue, no one has faced such issues earlier and you need to pay remaining amount at the time of check-in only and bla bla.. he was continuously shouting. I told him that we conveyed same message to your boy but he didn't listen us and started shouting again. He called us again and told us why you are not at property. We were just shocked what kind of behaviour it was. So if you are okay with dirty rooms and dirty beddings, towels, toilets and rude owner and worst services then you can go with this property. Mr. Jagdeesh We would be happy if you can store those recordings somewhere so everyone will come to know about your behaviour. And same behaviour is reflecting in your comments as well. Rather than focusing on actual problems, you are trying to degrade the sanctity of the honest review by putting false allegations on guest themselves. Thanks.

Very bad location, no auto after 7PM, no restaurant near the hotel. Had to walk 3km to eat. Bathroom door was glass, and had huge peephole, no kettle as well. No warm water for bathing. Had cockroach and spider roaming in the room. Bed was nice and free water was given, but bad things outweigh good.

The rooms are spacious, but upon check-in, they were not cleaned properly. The bedspread had not been changed and looked very unpleasant. After requesting, they changed it. Additionally, hot water was not available. After complaining, it came moderately, and they explained that the issue was due to the climate.

Location is close to city and hotel was clean and well maintained. Staffs were humble and i recommend to stay in this hotel.

Great accomodation. Clean and well maintained rooms. Helpful staff. Slightly difficult to get autos directly from the hotel, you have to walk for around 5-10 minutes to reach the main road from where you can find autos.
