Hotel Malnad Paradise

My stay at the Malnad Paradise was fantastic! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and a comfortable stay experience with modern and exceptionally comfortable beds. The location was perfect, within walking distance of major attractions and public transportation. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chikmangalore.

Stayed for 3 days from December 21st to 23rd. 3 people in 3bed room Pros: Location is very good. Center of the city. Walkable distance from bus stand. Cons: - Even though we have paid the booking amount. They didn't reserve room for us. In arrange someone's else room and gave to us. - WiFi Issues: WiFi was unavailable throughout the entire stay (3 days) despite reporting the problem. No resolution was provided, and staff only stated that a technician had been contacted. - Poor Hygiene: Rooms and bathrooms, although spacious, were not adequately clean. We encountered a large cockroach suddenly came out of our bed. - Hot water only comes in the morning till 10. After that no hot water. - If you want bill, you need to pay thr gst. No gst No bill.

Near and Clea rooms. Near to bus stand 5mins walkable only. Parking spaces available. Owner is sweet and Manager gangatharen also be friendly. Best for money.

The manager behaves very rudely with customers. When trying to order food he tells people to order from the hotel's restaurant but they won't deliver the food to the room. Also if ordering food from outside they won't even provide plates and glass to eat or drink. Even if their restaurant doesn't have the food option in the menu. The rooms smell and the entire place has a messy look right from the front door till the rooms. The bathrooms have no soap or hand wash as such. The only thing going for them is the rate but there are alot of hotels nearby who gives almost the same rate and lot better service.

Friends, hotel location is in the city near bus stand but very reficulious people. Saturday & Sunday charges are heavy but service is zero. I'll recommend not to visit. This hotel is for social economy D for low class. I had raised a police compliant against hotel. Very very bad experience in the night we hv left the hotel without taking our 1500 booking amount. Don't visit ever. Hotel should closed down their shutter. Pls tell this to angoda, MakeMyTrip n all other people

Nice hotel to stay.. Budget friendly

The location is perfect. Rooms are good not top notch but yes, you can stay comfortably. Nearby restaurants and taxis are available. The beds are not comfortable as they are two single beds which move all the time. Drinking water is not provided and hot bath water is provided one time a day. But the price is okay okay. We kept 1500/day for AC. I think this is more than enough for this hotel. Non AC is 1000/day. If you go in winter non ac will be fine.

We visit this hotel at least once a year to spend weekend and chill. Rooms are good, reception services, House keeping are all excellent very well trained and responsive staff
