Hotel Blue Pearl

I stayed at Blue Pearl hotel for a day. Blue Pearl's absolutely a steal for the budget traveler ! It's got beautiful, clean rooms and it's at the heart of Delhi - so everything is accessible from there. Pros : Incredibly clean and comfortable rooms. Cons : Some of the items in the menu are duplicated. Chilly chicken for example - and I wasn't informed either. The receptionist didn't take responsibility of this mistake during checkout, and it was quite an uncomfortable experience. Apart from this, lovely place for family and couples!

Overall good experience. Stayed for 4 days. Restaurant is at the top 5 th floor and they have both veg and non veg options. Food is really good. Staff and services are also good.

Rooms are neat and clean, service is good to a level. Can stay back for 2 days and one revisit can also be made as the location is at convenient place

The bathrooms are not cleaned, they stink. There are no toiletries. You ask for a Iron box it comes 2 hours later. The room includes breakfast. Breakfast was horrible. There are not enough staff to even help anyone. Staff don't even explain that the AC is off and it needs to be turned on. Very small rooms. They don't take food orders after 9.30pm.

I recently stayed at Hotel Blue Pearl for 2 days and overall, my experience was positive. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and I appreciated the well-maintained environment. I would like to specifically mention Pooja, who was helpful and responsible in attending to all our needs during my stay. Her assistance made my experience even better.

The hotel and the restaurant are clean and met our European standards. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food was tasty and there are options that are not very spicy. At the restaurant they seemed to maintain hygienic practices (they were serving with gloves and the staff in the kitchen seemed to wear hairnets). I totally recommend the hotel for your next stay in chikmangalur.

Stayed with family over a marriage function : 21st December check in and 22nd December check out Rooms were quiet and decent, stayed in superior room, size of room is small but manageable but bed size is not even proper queen size. Though we have a toddler found difficult for three people to accommodate. Claims a three star property but no dental kit, comb, hand towels provided. The room landline stared ringing at around 5 am in the morning, other guests too faced the same issue. Sleep was disturbed. Dinner was delicious, breakfast was good, but though we stayed in EP plan with breakfast chargeable restaurant fellow denied to give room service. With mediation from reception staff and on request since we had baby we were given limited options. I did not understand the issue here, menu had all options but they wanted us to come to restaurant, either way we were getting charged. Other guests pls make sure about this. Three floors eight rooms in each floor but parking for only 5-6 cars in cellar. We parked in road, and security guy want tips for taking care of our car on roadside. I suggest other hotels within the same price range with better options.

Horrible Experience - Would Not Recommend We had an absolutely terrible experience at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the service at the reception was awful. The staff were unhelpful and unresponsive. The rooms had a very bad smell, and the hygiene standards were unacceptable. The sheets were dirty, and even though we asked them to change them, we later discovered that the pillowcases were also dirty. It seemed like they hadn't changed the bedding at all. The entire place had a filthy odor that made our stay extremely uncomfortable. Adding to the disappointment, we had specifically requested breakfast at 7:45 AM while booking the room, and they had agreed to this. They even charged us for breakfast. However, once we reached the hotel, they refused to provide it and didn't even refund the amount we had paid. Overall, the experience was horrible. The place is unhygienic, the service is terrible, and they do not honor their commitments. I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.
