Crystal Inn

My family visited Crystal Inn on 14th April 25. We enjoyed holidays in Crystal Inn a lot, Location, Food and service was good. Good Hospitality, Clean Room. The climate was awesome. Room were spacious but had no view for my room. Over all good. Thank you for Crystal Inn for a great hospitality.I can tell Crystal Inn hotel is the best Hotel For Family.

Service was great, especially I will appreciate Mantu and restaurant service. Daily cleaning, I will suggest few improvement in room, conveyed already to staff, Rooms are spacious, I will refer family suite for more space, Room views are also good for deluxe and family suite. Overall good stay, I spend 4 night and it was pleasant. Crystal inn was a best memory for me in chickmagalur.

I would have given zero rating it was allowed. Worst service. No proper generator arrangement. No proper room service. At restaurant there is no proper service minimum u need to wait for one hour for the order. No AC remotes at the rooms. Overall worst experience. We had booked 4 rooms. Everything is worst to the maximum

Visited Crystal Inn in Chikmagalur just for lunch. The ambiance was nice and the staff was courteous, but I found the food to be average for the price. It felt quite expensive considering the taste and portion size. Not really value for money if you're just stopping by for a meal.

I went to this hotel to have dinner with my family. I did not like the food here at all. I don't know why people have given me four readings here. Is this a fake rating? Christian Inn and swadishta the same hotel, so the food here is very bad, the staff is also not very helpful and when I went to eat here, when I placed my order, it was given to me which was bad. It was very spoiled and was 2 days old and had a very sour taste. He also gave me rice and there was no taste in the vegetables too, so I would like to give absolutely zero to this hotel. Very bad experience ..

We stayed as family in crystal inn. Rooms are very clean, neat. Bathrooms are hygiene. They had kettle, geyser for hot water and all necessary items. They also allowed us to do late check out in evening, as it was weekday. Mr. Tejas helped in guiding local site seeings. Over all good stay.

My family and I spent a wonderful weekend at Crystal Inn. The hotel's location is perfect for exploring the city, and the amenities are top-notch. The breakfast spread was delicious, and the staff were warm and welcoming. We'll definitely be back

Prime locality. Good service. Rooms are clean and neat with good facilities, viz. A/c, hot water, kettle, wifi, etc. Morning complimentary breakfast was tasty and they have a good spread.
