CN Windsor Hotel

Hotel is good in terms of Quantity not in terms of quality. 1. Rooms are very big but there is no view. Window is there but is just above your bed (you cant view anything with a cup of tea). 2. Washrooms are big too but you will mosquitoes all the time. Exhaust fan is there but there is no switch. Steps are there to reach washroom from your room. You can slip anytime. 3. Food is good but when you order something, they will miss something all the time. Example: they will deliver food to your room but without spoon and bowl. Likewise tea but without cups. 4. swimming pool is very small like for kids (in length) 5. breakfast with limited items buffets 6. Overall, only budget friendly.

The hotel is located in a quiet and peaceful area in Chikmagalur. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and very spacious. The service was excellent, and the staff were extremely supportive. Very decent menu in the breakfast. Taste was good. The internet was fast enough, although it did disconnect occasionally. Overall, we had a fantastic stay! Thanks to CN Windsor! I've already recommended this place to a few friends without any hesitation.

I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be fairly average overall, especially considering the high price I paid. The amenities were basic at best, and the bed was far from comfortable. What really stood out, unfortunately, was the price. For what was essentially an average hotel experience, I expected much more value for my money. The rates were on the high end compared to nearby options, yet the facilities didn't justify the cost. While my stay wasn't terrible, I can't say I'd return. There are definitely better options available for the same price--or even lower--that offer much more in terms of comfort and value. If you're hoping for a budget-friendly stay or a premium experience, this hotel likely won't meet your expectations.

I stayed there with family for 2 nights. Room and property are neat and well maintained. Swimming pool was not that clean. Service was also very good. Restaurant was good and food was of good quality and taste. Only issue I observed was the location of the property. It is close to the city and not in the mountains so we will not get the feel of being in a trip to high range.

Stayed in CN Windsor hotel along with the family. The room was spacious for our children to feel comfortable and cleanliness was on spot. Restaurant is very welcoming, beautifully maintained with vibrant colours, Tasty food with multiple options again a big plus. Finally, I was very impressed by the courtesy extended by the staff, right from the time we checked in, we noticed the warmed and welcome that was extended. Guiding us on our daily plan and making us feel comfortable throughout the stay. This is a big shout out to the staff... Thank u and keep setting the bar high.

We had an excellent stay at CN Windsor! From the moment we arrived, everything was well taken care of. The food was delicious with plenty of variety, and we thoroughly enjoyed the swimming pool and the gaming area -- perfect for both relaxation and fun. A special thanks to the entire team(Ankita, Priyadarshini and Ali)at the resort for their warm hospitality and for making our stay so pleasant. Their attention to detail truly made a difference. One of the highlights was the resort's location. Being far away from the city, it offered pure, fresh air and a peaceful atmosphere, completely free from noise pollution -- an ideal escape from the urban hustle. Highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind and recharge!

CN Windsor is a good hotel! It's new and has big rooms and lots of space to park cars. The food is not bad. But, the room stuff is a bit weird. It's never dark cause of the window light, and the bathroom door is right in front of the bed! The fan is in a corner, and the mirror needs a desk. TV is far away. It's still a nice place to stay, but they should fix the room furniture arrangement.

Our stay at Windsor was a nightmare. We didn't sleep the entire night due to the staff trying to open our room windows, which was not only disturbing but also an invasion of our privacy. To make matters worse, the next morning, they attempted to open our room door, which was extremely unsettling and scary. The staff's behavior was unacceptable, and we felt unsafe throughout our stay. The lack of respect for guests' privacy and security is a major concern. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone and would advise the management to take immediate action to address these issues.
