Chalukya Comforts

This is the best place to stay. Rooms are decent, place was clean, the prices are affordable. The service really good. The place is walking distance from ksrtc bus stanf and have jain mandir near by and a mosque too. In toiletries they give only soap and towel but at this rate it is really appreciatable. I got direct booking and thus it was cheap then MMT. Requested for early check in by paying little more and got early check in..thus i was overwhemed by the entire experience. There is no lift There is scope of improvement like keeping same color bucket and mug

I am surprised to see the good reviews, looks like it's all fake. First of all the room is very very small, secondly there is no shower in the bathroom plus the hand jet was not working...we had to leave the room immediately and search for another room in middle of afternoon. Don't go for low prices if you are with family, it's not worth it. If there was an option for negative rating I would give that.

Very satisfied with every aspect. Be it location, cleanliness, hot water, drinking water, TV, contacts for Auto/Cab/Travel, safety , Chalukya Home Stay checks every mark .. very friendly and helpful front desk team..had a pleasant stay. Value for money. Cheapest hotel with best facility for money

They don't have an intercom, they don't give complimentary water bottles, no complimentary toiletries, tooth paste and brush. There is no shower, no car and two wheeler parking. There is no wheelchair access, no lift, no complimentary breakfast, no attached restaurant. Room rents are not worth the place. Blankets are super thin. One needs to walk for 15 minutes to reach an eatery. The stairway is too narrow for a hefty person. I don't think that place is suitable for senior citizens with health issues. The location of the lodge is walkable distance from the main bus station. If you think of taking an auto, they might take you for a real ride and charge you beyond imagination. Overall rating - Not worth a Star!

Best budget stay with all basic amenities, located near KSRTC bus stop chikmaglur- walkable distance and hot water access. The owner is also friendly, helped us with bike rental contacts, site seeing places etc., friendly and patient. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a budget stay. But no lift

We had comfortable stay. Good option if you just want to sleep off after tiring treks. Do remember there's no lift and other facilitates. It's a decent stay option.
