We stayed here recently to celebrate my husband's birthday, and it was such a beautiful experience! We booked one of the treehouse, it was stunning. The property has three treehouses in total: one is set apart on its own, and the other two are together. We were lucky to get amazing weather, it was drizzling, and the entire place was surrounded by lush trees. If you're a nature lover looking for a peaceful weekend away from city noise, traffic, and chaos, this is the perfect getaway. In the evening, they arranged a campfire for us, and we ordered dinner, everything was super delicious! We tried garlic bread, Schezwan fried rice, burger, and crispy corn. All of it was great, but the burger was a standout. We had a peaceful night's sleep and the next morning, we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast which included egg, poha, aloo paratha, grape juice, coffee. Everything was fresh and tasty. Hospitality and staff were good too. Especially ram, he was talking to us about so many interesting things happening around the world. Overall, we had such a lovely time, highly recommend this place for a serene, nature-filled escape.

It's a nice getaway from the concrete jungle of Bangalore. They have Treehouse rooms - clean, unique and the ambience feels very organic. The property has a bery beautiful green cover with mango trees among others and a swimming pool in between. They also have a bonfire at night which is best enjoyed with conversations & liquor. Mr Ram was a very helpful, hospitable and a sweet person who took us on a trek of Nandi hills in the morning. It was a great experience.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at La Serene Resort! The treehouse experience was magical--nestled among lush greenery, it offered a perfect blend of comfort and nature. The fresh air all around was a refreshing escape from city life. The property is beautifully maintained, with plenty of green spaces that make it feel like a hidden paradise. Every corner is filled with natural beauty, making it an ideal spot for relaxation and rejuvenation. What made our stay even more special was the incredibly friendly staff. From check-in to check-out, they went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed.

One of the worst stay of my life. Staffs are so arrogant and rude. They don't have in house kitchen, they say the property is pet friendly and lease free zone for pets but few of the staffs are scared of dogs and we're arguing with customer to get them leashed. Hospitality is 00000. Just don't visit this place if you want leisure book somewhere else or better stay at home. We have booked for 2 nights but because of the overall experience we requested for one night cancellation and checked out next day morning but the resort denied any refund. They charged 2000 rs for pets and did not provide any dog food. Hope this resort shuts down or at least management is changed to ensure hospitality.

Had the weirdest ever experience with them. We were trying to book four rooms for 10 people got a getaway. We got in touch way in advance by two months, negotiated meals and costs and they somehow FORGOT the whole discussion after we paid advance and they sent us the system generated mail too. We had everything on chat. Discussions were done with TWO people and they just somehow forgot. We had to cancel the booking and request a refund. They were gracious enough to accept their mistake and later offer the same price but the trust was gone. Appreciate their efforts to fix the issue and also refund the money but for refund also we had to keep following up multiple times with these two people over a day to get it back. And there was only one month left for our getaway, we couldn't find other good hotels. I'd suggest if you book them or any of their properties like Hangouts @ Nandi or Stone Hills, request an email, pay less advance and follow up every couple of weeks to make sure the discussion is still on track and they haven't forgotten.

This is not a resort, seems like a place of few acres run by the name of a resort. In terms of hospitality the resort gets 0 . Few staffs are arrogant, even the operational manager is too arrogant to accept any issue or understand customer expectations. They say pet friendly but staffs are scared of pets. If you want to get a headache then only visit this place, else best is to avoid.

***Long post alert*** Pros: 1. Location is good. 2. Property is small but has good amount of greenery. Cons: 1. No one to explain the inclusions at the reception as it differs from the list of inclusions as per MakeMyTrip. They simply charged 2000 for our 2 pet dogs but didn't mention that pet food is included while checking in. It was only informed while checkout. 2. The property is listed as pet friendly and leash free zone just to trap customers. Their staff is not trained to be around pets. 3. The property manager and other staff is very under trained about basic hospitality and do not have manners to talk to customers. 4. The rooms were unclean with torn bedsheets and unclean toilets. 5. The swimming pool is the size of a fish pond with lots of dried leaves and flowers floating. 6. The only source of entertainment could have been a TV, but that was removed. 7. The rules as per MakeMyTrip mentions 24x7 room service and restaurant, however there is only a pantry with tea and coffee. Had to order food from Swiggy or go out in search of food. We had booked 3 tree houses for 2 nights here but had to cut short our stay to 1 night. However, MakeMyTrip and the hotel denied refund of 1 night. All in all, not recommended until the property and staff is what they portray.

The only thing good about this property is the location. Rest is all bad.. real bad. Visited with friends. Two families and 2 pet dogs. No restaurant inside the resort. You need food? Use swiggy - thats what they said. Or give an order and wait endlessly. Consider urself lucky if u get food. Makemy trip website said inhouse restaurant is available, but we go there and find out that it is closed for a few weeks. Property owner did not have the courtesy to call us and inform that. All we got is a rude and arrogant response from them. Rooms were in a horrible condition and unclean. They advertise this as a pet friendly resort (just to compete with other petfriendly resorts). As per Makemy trip website, pets can walk leash free, pet food, bowls available.. bla bla. Completely opposite to what actually there is. No space for pets to walk around. They dont offer pet food, staff are really scared of dogs here (Pet friendly???). We plan these weekend getaways to rest and relax, but these guys are experts in making sure you dont get them. Do not visit this place. Dont get fooled by the pics!
