Being the only resort in the area, it does a decent job. Rooms are slightly overpriced especially bunker ones, they need maintenance . The surroundings are well maintained. One bad point that they will be charging for the entire menu if you order breakfast in the room whereas breakfast is delivered only from available buffet menu

so good amazing the staff the hygiene everything we did go karting and waterpark the costumes are on purchasing base thats what i liked the most as the clothes are fresh and we can take with us . staff is so humble . madam manager is so well spoken and she did coorditnated with our family visi so well . thank you again madam and staff

We went for Go-karting track is good . But the manager shakshi is not negotiate with price or laps , will not communicate properly with costumers not with us but also with other. Raptors not upto to the mark and condition is bad take a risk has to be taken on your own, Poor management. Sandeep and Veeresh coordinated very well thank you

I recently hosted my engagement at Vintage retreat resort. I would like to add few things 1. Poor quality of service, they don't even bother to give complementary rooms even if you booked the venue for 100 ppl. Initially they told me they will provide 2 complementary rooms based on coupon which we had. Later they told all rooms are booked. Even though cabin rooms were available and they gave us room around 11 pm and charged full amount. 2.Food was tasty, but they made blunder. We requested them multiple times to make non garlic food, they made it but they did not label it properly. Ice cream was part of the menu ,they didn't even serve it. When we asked after a day , they gave some random reason. It was there only , but u didn't see it. Out of 100 none of them saw or ate ice cream. 3.Poor hospitality - They don't know how to arrange/organize and they shows respect to people, i felt management was really rude.

Waste of money to visit vintage retreat resort . 500 per person for water park ... it's not worth ... they want to make money ..they will tell u purchase dress... I Don't suggest to go ..manager was to rude ....

It was a nice stay with the vintage resort. I am coming here to celebrate my birthday every staff are friendly specially Saroj who takes our lunch order . She suggest one starter that's matke ki kabab that was really awesome and Hari who make the nice cocktail thank you vintage resort and full team to made my special day more special.

It's nice place in Bidar because you don't get lot of options. But service is worst you can't expect any standards specially the reception and the Manager are useless. Food was good not as per price. Be careful with cocktail which you order for room service they do gamble in that. Bar order was fine. Overall rating 2. Rooms are super clean and Hygiene.
