*Warning: Avoid Resort at All Costs* Our experience was extremely disappointing. Here's what went wrong: 1. No lift facility 2. No staff assistance with luggage AC not working (remote had no batteries) 3. Room cleanliness was subpar 4. Intercom not functional 5. Room service was abysmal 6. Breakfast was average, and we found an insect in our food! *Value for Money: ZERO* Don't be fooled by photographs. The management, particularly someone named Mahesh(Manager), seems untrustworthy. *Important Advice:* Don't pay upfront. Be cautious of their tactics. Overall, our stay was a nightmare. We strongly advise against booking this resort.

While Google Images are beneficial for in-person use, this location provides a negative customer experience due to unprofessional and discourteous staff, and pricing exceeding that of Coffee Day. The website does not accurately reflect this location's shortcomings. STRONGLY NOT RECOMMEND

I stay 2 days in two different room but both room AC doesn't work. Toilet sheet broken and freely placed and tap not clean. With the price they charged , service not good.

The hotel is located on the main road and looks visually appealing. The good part ends there. We were travelling as a family and stayed here for 3 nights. The person at the reception, Mahesh is a rude and impolite person and does not have the manners to speak to customers. First he gave us different rates for the rooms on first floor and second floor though there is no difference between the rooms. The first room (No 110) he showed us had a leaking commode. On bringing this to his notice, the reply he gave was that this was their best room. We asked to be shown other rooms and selected a different room. After selection of the room he insisted that we pay the entire amount for 3 nights upfront. I said this was strange and was not standard practice. He insisted that this was the hotel policy. I asked to spk to a manager and Mahesh replied that he is the manager. Finally he relented and told us to make an advance payment for 01 night. While checking out we realized that other traveller's had got similar room for lower price. On being asked about it Mahesh replied that we had agreed to the price while checking in. I insisted on speaking to someone above him but he rudely replied that he is the manager and there was no one else above him. I asked to speak to the owner whom I had seen visiting the hotel on all three days but surprisingly not one person in the entire staff had the owner's number. Stayed in this hotel out of compulsion. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. They overcharge customers and their staff is not well trained. Mr Mahesh is an arrogant, Rude and mannerless person who is not fit to man the Reception Desk. If he is a manager as he claimed then I would suggest to either train him or replace him. Also, please have a complaint mechanism in place.

The property is well built, but room service and maintenance are not up to the mark. Pros: Room is spacious, good ambience, some play/activities available. Breakfast was fair. Cons: No room service. No lift facility, even only one floor, using stairs with luggage is difficult. One of the AC in our suit was not working, missing the remote for the other. No towel, water bottle, floor mats.

Waste of money ,don't visit here,bathroom not so clean, don't put water bottle while room charge is to hight.room srvice is very poor food also. If you go to retaurent there is food menue according to menu book.

The property is visually appealing, but the service needs improvement. Despite being called a resort, the staff handling room service requests respond as if they are doing guests a favor. Additionally, there was no hot water, and the kettle was so dirty that it felt unusable. Overall, the experience fell short of the resort standard they claim to offer.

It's a nice place in Chamrajnagar and the rooms were good. We had a issue of hot water but later they resolved it so it was all fine We did not try their food or any other service But the place was good and can try checking this hotel when you visit Chamrajnagar
