SPOT ON Sharav Chandra's Hotel

We were new to this place and we asked help of customer care. They booked this hotel . But then due to network issues we were not able to take Google map . Hence asked customer care of Oyo to help us. They send location in mail and ask to go to location but we are not able to access mail due to network issue. Then they are not able to communicate properly ,they terminated the call . As we had paid we had no choice but to take Sharav Chandra's hotel. Then somehow we reached their. Hotel was closed. A kid who was outside the hotel helped us to reach out to the guy who is sleeping inside the hotel . .More than two times that kid went upstairs and called this manger guy . He didn't came. As we are not familiar we didn't go inside . The doors are all closed . The kid used used backside staircase to reach out to this guy. After that we again contacted Oyo customer care . A lady picked and asked me to hold . It took nearly 15 minutes after ni response from their side i cut the call and again try.this time a man told he will contact with the guy in this hotel .So they made us to stand nearly 45 minutes in scroching sun.Not sure if the customer care or the kid , finally the guy in this hotel came and asked information and gave key. Bathrooms are very dirty. Our bathroom doesn't even have handle to open the tap. It was waste of time and money

worker is very helpfull. Room is mindblowing. Check-In and Check-Out Process Very Good.
