Reunion Ocean Tides (Beach Cottages)

This place is good in terms of it's location, as you get to experience both beach and backwaters here. This has got 2 rooms only and both are backwater facing. The beach is clean and was good during our stay. The only USP of the rooms is it feels like as if you are in houseboat, otherwise those are just basic rooms. They have ample car parking space and you get delivery of food by Swiggy / Zomato.

No security, bad power backup. No immediate service. Loud noise from neighbours at night. Okayish rooms with bad ACs

We had a great experience at the resort. The rooms were amazing, with our balcony facing the backwaters. The beach is right in front of the resort and you could access it any time before 6pm in the evening. We could get toast and tea for snacks at evening. Overall I would reccomend this place to anyone who wants a quiet, beach facing resort in Udupi. One small suggestion that I would like to make is that they could provide breakfast in the mornings.

We had a fantastic experience during our stay at the cottage. Our family of six enjoyed a one-night stay, and the rooms were comfortable enough for three persons each. Venkatesh, the caretaker, was helpful and always available when needed. The resort coordinators made the booking process effortless and provided excellent guidance throughout our stay. One of the highlights was the cozy dining experience set up by Venkatesh in the outside area for the evening. We sourced some fresh seafood from nearby Malpe Sai Fishland with a few cold ones and thoroughly enjoyed it For breakfast, Venkatesh served us with bread omelets along with hot tea and coffee. The proximity of the beach, just opposite the cottage, offered us a private beach experience. We were even accompanied by a friendly pet dog from a nearby place during our short stroll on the beach. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

Reunion Ocean Tides stands out as a premier destination on Malpe Beach. Amidst several cottages in the area, this gem offers a picturesque setting with access to the Udayavara River and a stunning beachfront view. The hospitality provided by Kshama and the entire Reunion team, along with caretaker Venkatesh, was exceptional. The rooms are impeccably maintained and spotlessly clean, making for a comfortable stay. With two equally charming cottages on the property, ample parking space, and designated areas for gatherings, it's the perfect retreat. As pet lovers, we appreciate that they are a pet-friendly resort without any restrictions. This being our second visit, we're already planning our next stay.

The location is very nice. The one man staff Venkatesh is awesome. We loved our vacation there during the middle of October. The weather was good. Although Swiggy delivers here (and i am not a fan of disposable plastic garbage that comes with it), there are no other eateries in walkable distance. That's the only down side. It is so close to nature that you have to take the insects in the location as a part of the deal.

this is an amazing place for ling stay, excellent cleanliness, perfect view of backwaters , u can see the sun rise behind the backwaters, as u open ur eyes lying in bed ..zomato.delivers easily, good parking, ocean right accross the road. perfect vacation gateway..stringly recommend

Had great time with my friend in reunion ocean tide resort , best about it is direct view of beautiful mangroves from bed & facilities provided in room is awesome... mainly beach is few steps away from room & at night we can chill at bench listening to beach weaves sound . Reunion team where much support throughout the stay & helper Venkatesh was helpful ( Had tea & Maggie prepared by him ) . DON'T THINK JUST BOOK IT ,THEY ARE BEST . Will surely recommend it to family & friends More over now onwards I am going to be there regular customer...
