Hotel RR Grand

This place is a sham and full of fraud. The hotel management on purpose put up the rates of the rooms at 750 INR and they are available on all major hotel booking apps. The moment you visit them they will deny your booking and demand at least 1500 INR and says they don't follow the discounts given by these hotel booking apps. Another sham is that the place name on the building is RR Grand, but there are multiple hotels with different names on internet mainly with names Square Inn etc. The manager says he is the owner of the place and won't accept any feedback and is very disrespectful. This place doesn't serve any food and their room ACs are not even working properly. Not worth 1500 INR at all, believe me and don't book this place.

Dirty - Ants in the room. I could not lock my room while leaving. Out in the nowhere. I did not get any breakfast while they knew that I will leave early. I booked the Hotel Fly Inn and they sent me to this unwanted place. For me the worst experience during my travel In Bangalore they tried to cheat me a lot of times. It is a dirty and dusty place. Mainly the Hotels which cost US 20.-- are not clean.

Fraud activity While booking online they showed 800 and when i reached there hotel manager asked for 1500 And then said pay or leave They trying to make peoples pay higher amount When i denied to pay extra amount he just told me to leave

Service Hall, Toilets are Very Neat and Clean. But Table service is too bad. We waited for one hour to get our order. Nobody having any idea how much quantity has ti give in one plate of breakfast. For one plate of Ghee roast I waited for 20 minutes. And I asked them the reason, Finally they accepted their mistake and given etra 2 Ghee roast as complimentary which you can see in the photo

They does not provide the menu card and with pulao they provide low quality tomato ketchup. If we as for small bowl of raita price is 60rs even that they will not tell the rate after asking.

This is the WORST WORST WORST Ever Hotel I have ever seen in my entire lifetime. Never ever visit this hotel. It's a loss of your money... They charged 100Rs for 1 plate upma ... 50Rs for coffee... They don't even deserve 1 star

It was average. And ather charging was available.

Have been to this hotel many times.Very friendly owner, who is very prompt towards his customers. Food taste is good and service is fine.Easily visible from NH road. Not that much crowd so can hang out with friends and family.
