I am currently staying at the resort. While the staff is helpful and the food is good. The facilities in the resort are not worth the cost. The air conditioning in the rooms barely function. Frequent power cuts and delay in power backup make it almost unliveable in summer season. Word of advice...this is a good place to stay in winters and monsoon. But extremely bad option in summer. The staff and service here is great. Staff is really attentive and helpful.

The rooms are very good. They provide toiletries and towels. The beds are queen beds. They have ample parking. The location is just off the main road - do follow google maps instead of sign boards on road - 2 of them took us to confusion location. Food: gravy were good, sweets were good. The roti and rice at the beginning of lunch were cold and hard. They start dinner at 9 pm. Staff behaviour needs significant improvement. The main reason for me to give 3 rating. They have a small kids play area, but it's on concrete floor. The swimming pool is good. They have a small cricket pitch. Last 400 meters to reach the resort is a bad patch. The directions needs to improve. The signage within the resort is completely missing
Everything went well staying here. Extremely responsive staff and very helpful. Mr. Chandramouli took good care. The best thing is we arrived late post lunch and the hotel served us food and ensured everything was fine. We had not expected this gesture but they took great care. I'm planning to come back here with a bigger group this year All the best to the new team
From the moment we arrived, we were blown away. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, anticipating our every need. The resort itself was a masterpiece - beautifully landscaped gardens, pristine pools, and luxurious accommodations. We indulged in delicious meals at the on-site restaurants, each with unique flavors and impeccable service. The spa was an oasis of tranquility, offering rejuvenating treatments that left us feeling refreshed and revitalized this resort exceeded all our expectations. It was the perfect escape for relaxation and rejuvenation. We can't wait to return!
This resort stands out as the best in the region! It combines vintage charm with modern comfort, featuring a huge pool, cozy and well-designed stays, and a peaceful ambiance. The service is exceptional, with staff always ensuring you have a great experience. The food here is a highlight--it's the best I've had at a resort. Whether you're planning a quiet family getaway or a fun party with friends, this place caters to all. The serene atmosphere ensures a relaxing stay, free from any noise or distractions. Highly recommended for anyone visiting around sakaleshpura!!
Frequent power cuts were experienced. Reception services not helpful. Property facilities were not maintained. During enquiry they promise something like the GST will be waived off for the remaining amount when you make a booking and then once you teach the property after long travel there will be someone else saying they will not give the keys unless you pay the full amount including the GST. Not worth the price
Awesome place to visit any time, the service was very good. The Food was ( Non-veg & veg) Tasty.. Delicious Full Natural Beauty... Green Grass Lawn/Ground wow awesome .||I love to play Badminton, Table Tennis and not forgotten Swimming, Cricket, Chess and many more activities.
The rooms are good The location & climate is somewhat okay during summer. Service and treatment is poor, they ask to pay the entire bill for the rooms upfront and then they treat you like a charity case They charge you for a premium quality stay but they serve coffee and drinks in plastic coated paper cups. Same menu everyday leftovers from previous meals become the main dish of the next meal in their buffet. Like - in breakfast the eggs offered are only boiled eggs not other options for eggs like omelette or scrambled that can be ordered. And the leftover boiled eggs will be served as egg curry during lunch again Family with kids are made to wait till 9:00 pm in the evening for dinner and they serve early dishes out in the open only A la carte for those that have drinks in the pagoda like place while the kids go hungry. Maybe a trick to get the families to order A la carte, to charge them extra and use the leftovers from the buffet to feed their staffs. Since you paid all the bills upfront they don't care as you got to leave the reception eventually
