They are breeding cockroaches and rodents in their hotel... Very dirty, don't opt for this lodge... It is a dirty place... They charged 2000 per day and it's not worth to pay 300 per day... Everything is bad..... They don't respond well, they cheat you

I recently stayed at this hotel for three days, and my experience was nothing short of a nightmare. From the very beginning, finding the hotel proved to be a challenging task. The location is poorly identified, making it frustrating for guests to locate. The room infrastructure is abysmal. I encountered damages on the walls and in the bathroom, and to my shock, there were cockroaches infesting the bed. The noise of rats inside the AC duct was not only disturbing but also a serious hygiene concern. The room door lock was completely damaged, forcing me to call the hotel staff every time I needed to secure my belongings. On the day of check-out, things went from bad to worse. The staff claimed that the server was busy and assured me they would send the bill via email or WhatsApp. It has now been almost a month, and despite multiple requests, they have failed to deliver the bill. To make matters worse, they have stopped picking up my calls altogether. This has undoubtedly been my worst hotel experience, and I strongly advise against staying here. The hotel is not worth the money, and the lack of basic amenities, cleanliness, and customer service is unacceptable. Save yourself the trouble and choose another accommodation option.

Worst Experience..It was Nightmare for me. Please think before Booking this Hotel.. Booked Hotel through Goibibo, booking was confirmed.. Once I visited Hotel for check-in, Hotel person didn't provide me the room, stating they hav cancelled taking Online Bookings.. Not received any update on this till I visited Hotel for check-in..

Good staff when compared to the rest of the hotels when i was there it wass full but the manager was very polite not like other hotel receptionist who are very rude these days

Waste management and rude staff...When we ordered some thing specially they don't want to supply it and instead of supplying customer request they argue that they know every thing about cooKing and customer does not know anything who pays his hard earn money for food... Pathetic service by the staff and manager...

They have not room inside safety lock. they can open inner lock whith room outside by key.

AC, geyser, TV and wifi not working..worst xp ever
