The owner is good and cares about the visitors however the person at the night shift at reception has no respect for customers. The rooms were average but the bathroom shower was broken, geyser was not working, there were a lot of cockroaches as mentioned in the reviews. The bed was clean. The hotel does not have facilities for morning breakfast. I would recommend a ac room which may be hopefully better. If your requirement is just a stay it should be fine. The cost is low but if that's what you are looking for.

We can manage to stay here for a couple of days. The rooms were okish. I got an AC room for 2000. Considering the price, the rooms are decent but the bedsheets seemed like they were not changed and had stains and looked dirty. Service was horrible, I asked for a towel and toiletries three times but still didn't get it even though they just had them on the reception table. Car parking in the basement was bad.

Room found clean but so many cockroach in room. Geyser not working properly. Every day evening asking for Money.TV & WiFi also not working,Food quality also so so ..

Drove to Bidar from Hyderabad unexpectedly with friends, so Directly went to reception and took at room. Property looking less than 2 years old. Decent staff, Good looking rooms, There's a restaurant(Chinese not recommended, everything else is good)in Ground Floor. There's parking for Car in the cellar, Overall it's a good hotel. Looking forward to staying again.

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at your establishment. Unfortunately, my experience was far below expectations due to several issues: 1. Basic Amenities: Water was not provided during my stay. 2. Hygiene: The towel provided was very dirty, and the bathroom was not cleaned properly. 3. Maintenance: The tap in the bathroom was leaking, which caused inconvenience. 4. Service: Overall, I found the service unsatisfactory and not up to standard. 5. Bed Condition: blanket not clean I have attached real photos to support my feedback. I hope you take this feedback seriously and work on improving these issues for future guests.

We had to share the room with multiple number of small cockroaches. Bed sheets and quilt was used with blood stains. Rain water logging was inside the room through balcony door and windows. Washroom accessories were damaged without any care or cleanliness. Intercom was not working. Room service was at its worst. Lift had a long waiting time. Overall a terrible experience. Will not recommend anyone to stay in Sagar Regency, Bidar.

Power cut issue continuously, late night also, pure cockroach is in all rooms, bathroom water not passed, it's Big mistake to stay in Sagar regency

I was on a solo bike ride from Hyderabad. Stayed here for a night. Booked the AC room. The building has other shops and Khan Chacha restaurant also. The room is spacious. Parking is in the basement. 2 cars and some bikes can be parked. Sleep quality wasn't that good because of noise. This is due to the other shops and also because of the traffic on the main road. Till 1 AM there was some noise or other.
