Experience has been 3rd class. They don't value customer experience. They think they are giving service for free of cost. Don't understand how the owner is expecting this type of Behaviour after investing so much amount in the resort. I pitty if this is intentional. Feedback to the owner: Don't loose your customers who are coming from long way. They spend huge amounts in bills and invest time to come over here.. Resort is wonderful, food is awesome but service is 0/10. Everything in the resort will go down if service is not as per customer expectation and trust it will be .

Staying in rooms 519, 520 From the initial booking process with Srushti, our experience has been excellent. While check-in procedures experienced a slight delay, all other aspects, including in-room dining, hospitality, the courteousness of the staff, and housekeeping services, were commendable. The rooms are well-maintained and equipped with all essential amenities. I would recommend this establishment in Bidar.

Located just 130 km from Hyderabad, this is the best place to organise birthday or small family get together. I loved the food here in the restaurant. In fact it was so good that we didn't have to explore any other place for lunch and dinner. The breakfast spread was just ok, not many options in the menu.

I recently stayed at Inspira by SRS, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. Stay: The room was spacious, clean. The bed was comfortable, and I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made for restful nights. Housekeeping team was diligent and respectful of my privacy. Food: The dining options were excellent. I had breakfast at the hotel restaurant, and the buffet offered a great variety of fresh, delicious choices. The quality of the food was impressive. I also tried dinner in the hotel's a la carte restaurant, and the service was attentive. Thanks to Mr Ali and his team. Service: The staff at the hotel were exceptional. From check-in to check-out, every interaction was professional and friendly. They were always ready to assist with recommendations, directions, and any requests I had. I felt truly valued as a guest, and their attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Overall, I had a memorable stay and would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable experience with top-notch food and service

I had a great time eating delicious food at your restaurant. The waiters and waitresses were committed to great service and were very friendly. The atmosphere was awesome and I definitely liked that you have a very modern style. Most importantly, every food and drink on your menu tasted great!

I recently stayed at Inspira Resort and Convention. While the pictures of the resort make it look luxurious, I was disappointed with the actual experience. There are better options available in the Bidar area that offer better hospitality. The rooms at this property are excellent, but the service and staff leave a lot to be desired. Here are the key issues I faced during my stay: 1. I requested a water bottle at 4 PM, but it was only delivered at 11:30 PM after repeated follow-ups. 2. I was charged GST and service charges for a 20 water bottle, which seemed unnecessary. When I raised this concern, the staff argued and blamed me, making the situation worse. 3. The check-in experience was unwelcoming, with the receptionist busy on the phone and no greeting or welcome drink offered. 4. Parking was a hassle. Guests are expected to park far from the reception (about 400 meters) and walk, with no courtesy drop offered. Meanwhile, staff could be seen using autos for their convenience. 5. Food service was slow, with room service orders taking 45 minutes and requiring multiple follow-ups. 6. Although the restaurant staff was courteous, the quality of the food disappointed. Burnt fries were served initially, and the replacements were half-cooked. 7. The washroom in the otherwise excellent room had a bad smell, which detracted from the overall experience. While the rooms are great and the restaurant staff provided good service during our visit, the other aspects of the stay need significant improvement. I hope the management addresses these issues to enhance the guest experience.

One of the worst service ever seen, they serve very spicy biryani and asked to change denied and I don't suggest anyone here..

I had a wonderful experience at Inspira resort during the candlelight dinner. The ambiance was magical with the beautiful decorations, and the food was absolutely delicious. A special mention to hemant, rudra, and bholanath for their exceptional service--they truly made the evening memorable. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a perfect romantic dinner!
