MID BEACH STAY

Had visited this place a couple of years back when it was named Rambler Hostel & that time it actually had the Traveller Hostel Vibes. Currently the name is changed & is being run a new Management. The Complete Stay has only families that too 8-12 member families (Honeslt felt like Mid Beach Temple Lodge). We 3 + another solo traveller were the only 4 non family guests. The Dorm Height is very poor & the ceiling is made of Cement Tiles due to which the Rooms heat up a lot... AC was available but was chargeable.. the Food here is ok ok but take a lot of time for preparation. would surely not recommend this stay for solo backpackers or group Backpackers as it did not have such vibes. Staffs are available but finding them was bit of a difficulty. They do have Parking for 6-7 car.

We booked the dorms by seeing the photo of ac but ac doesn't comes in the dorm package then why is it installed in room ? It is very hot to stay in room during day time. Waste of money and time.

If I could , I would rate it even lower than 1star. The place is shady. Due to concerns over safety , when we decided to cancel, the owner spoke extremely rudely with use of foul language. He didn't give us the refund of advance amount. Overall a really terrible experience. If this is a family going , strongly advice you against the place.

We had dinner there, but the food was mediocre. Additionally, everything seemed overpriced--packaged cool drinks were marked up by almost 50%. While a small price increase would have been understandable, given the refrigerated condition, this felt excessive. There was also a significant delay in serving the food, though on the plus side, there was a place to rest while waiting for food.

Nice comfy and clean rooms. Attached restaurant and good food. Overall good but, Far away from beach need to walk atleast twenty min to reach beach. Takes around 30 to 45 min walk to reach main gokarna beach very narrow roads to reach this location if a car comes opp way you or opp vehicle need to reverse long way due to this narrow road to pass.

The rooms are well maintained and food is also good, also the staff is very cooperative and reasonable with all our demands. I highly recommend this place for stay with family and friends

We stayed here in an ac dorm with bunk beds. The common area near the reception, at the entrance, on the first floor is simply a great place to hang out. We booked through goibibo and got a good deal of around 360 per bed on a weekday in Oct 2024.
