Prabhu Homestay

I highly recommend Prabhu Homestay to everyone! Our group of 6 people stayed in 2 rooms, and we had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The temple is conveniently located just a short walk away from the room. The facilities are excellent, with all the basic amenities you need. One minor suggestion for improvement is the hot water arrangement, which is currently located outside the room, requiring you to carry water. However, I'm sure the owners will address this issue soon. The owner is extremely polite and welcoming. Parking is also well-organized. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back. We have booked AC room for 2.5days. location is near to the temple, walkable around 10-15mins. Room was clean and it has basic amenities which was good. Also, the owner were nice and polite. Overall, we had great stay. Thank you!

Had a good experience at Prabhu Home stay, nearby to murudeshwar station and highway.. Will definitely recommend everyone to try this place for a stay, the owner is good and provide good quality services.. also he has good connect with the taxi and auto if anyone want to go for outing/visiting temples etc..Most important, the place is very safe and secure..Thank you

Hi Prabhu, Thanks for your biased reply on my last review (Attached in ss below). However I would like to remind you few corrections on whatever you heard during our phone call. My bus was at 3:45pm, I would never ask to stay till 5pm don't know how you imagined it. I clearly mentioned I would like to stay till 3pm for which 300/- would satisfy your policy and I agreed to pay. Suddenly, I see change in your words as we were desperate to extend our stay and you asked for 500/- which we didn't agreed and left the room by 11:30am and not 12pm. You never stayed firm on your policies then and you were not firm on your words while replying my previous review, God protect your policies! Coming back to your reply on my unfair cleanliness review and your concern on me not asking why room is not clean on INITIAL basis during check in; rooms are supposed to be served cleaned irrespective of whether or not customer asks on INITIAL basis that why room isn't clean. So this reply itself is invalid and I won't buy that argument. People at times comes tired at the stay, so sometimes they do ignore few ups and downs. But when you started talking about your policies later the next day, I had to keep such things in front of you. Overall, my experience was okay.

Avoid this homestay at any costs. The owner is extremely rude and uncooperative. The service is subpar. Don't waste your money on this place. The owner's behavior is unacceptable, and the homestay's condition is not up to par." The owner's attitude is unprofessional, and the service is poor. I stayed at Prabhu Homestay recently. While the room was quite spacious, there were several issues that made the stay uncomfortable. There was no Wi-Fi, and the fan had no regulator -- it ran only at a fixed medium speed, which was inadequate given the heat. The room had just one electricity plug, making it inconvenient to charge multiple devices. There was no RO water facility, and ventilation was poor, which made the space feel hot and stuffy.

No cleanness, No hot water, No regulator for fan and it will be running at the speed of 1, recommended not to stay in homestay mainly for family.
