Silvan Villa Resort

They did not have water when we went because of the borewell not working. The staff let us know that when we checked in. The pump unfortunately couldn't be sorted and the water was arranged only next morning. The room was nice and clean, beds were comfy, the breakfast was tasty but they did not give us options. They served uppitu and it was the best uppitu ever. We asked them to serve bread omlet for kids which they did. They also reduced the tarrif because of the water issue. I will certainly go there again and review again.

This is the only resort in kgf that is neat. Rooms are clean but pillow covers, towels, bedsheets are not clean.its a good property, They should maintain it properly. Though it looks high from outside but its a bit disappointing inside. If they maintain properly it would be one of the best in kgf. Definitely try food here.. never expected the food could be this good.. use swimming pool in the afternoon.. its a peaceful resort

we went swimming, the pool is about 4 feet, and the place looks gorgeous. Usually, the swimming price per person is 150rs, but if u try negotiating, u can bring it down to 120rs

Resort is good. Nice rooms, a good swimming pool, lovely food but toilet flush was not working properly.

Pathetic service, staff is not friendly, Manager is unprofessional. if you book a party hall be careful, once u book the party hall if something is not working like gas stove, electrical , items are missing in the list they provide then u need to face the consequences they will not help on time nor they will respond to u so be careful. If possible avoid the party hall

We had stopped visiting this hotel for about a decade. Recently, due to non availability of rooms elsewhere, we had to go here. Surprisingly it was very well maintained. ||||Rooms are big and neat. The hotel premises are now clean. The pool is also neat and we can go for a swim. ||||Only drawback is the restaurant, better order food earlier to save time. It needs more patronage and has a strong potential to be a good hotel in this area. ||||Good work by manager and staff in improving this "once rejected" place to this level.

I arrived at the resort to see that it is nothing like it's description or photos. The rooms are really shady and the food is horrendous. I had a cup of soup and threw up after. They refuse to give extra pillows or blankets on request. The sports centre is so dusty that you can't breathe in there. Under any circumstances do not book here. A railway lodge is better.
