White Castle (Boutique Apartment Hotel)

I had a wonderful experience during my stay. After checking out in the morning and heading to the office, I realized I had accidentally left my EarPods in the room. I called the hotel to ask about it, and Minhajul was extremely kind and helpful. He personally went to the room, found my EarPods, and promptly updated me. I'm truly grateful for his honesty and effort. The stay itself was very pleasant, and I really recommend this place.

You will find rusted water boiler. Refrigerator with mold. Isn't it basics common sense to keep things clean before we handover to someone. When u can't do booking with half price and want full money. Then why can u guys also do the same for room hygiene cleanliness do complete cleaning before giving to new people.. their bathroom also stinks.. that's how u get welcomed.. if u think u will go and rest no u are supposed to look after things what's clean what's smelling ask them to clean and then they will do it.. do we welcome guests like that ? Isn't it common sense even at home if we welcome guests we clean entire guest room.. we don't wait for guest to come and tell. This is dirty could u clean. I want to store food in fridge could u clean. I want to drink hot water could u clean boiler its rusted.. what are the staff for ? Isn't it common sense . And then they will argue that we know what's common sense

I had amazing experience at White Castle. The whole Staff was very cooperative. I specially want to mention few of the staff names who were really helpful: Deepan sir,Dipankar sir, Suraj sir Sameer sir , Sonu sir,Subrata Sir . I might have missed few names from the kitchen staff who used to pack tiffin for me at 6.30am. I would surely stay here again.

Nice service & I am happy with the their house keeping service. Room is very good & I am not facing any issue. Staffs are all very cooperative.

Stayed for a day. Hotel staff give good hospitality, respect and response to the client. The ambience is very spacious and clean. They provide welcome compliments with a well decorated bedroom. Serving in a friendly manner to all the clients.
