5 Stars - A Beautiful Birthday Celebration We hosted our baby's first birthday at WestFort, and it was a truly wonderful experience. The hotel has a beautiful ambience, ample car parking space and easy to reach as metro station is nearby. From the start, Mr. Ravindra, the hotel manager, made the entire planning process smooth and stress-free. His professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail stood out right away. Coordinating with Mr. Ravindra was incredibly easy - he was always approachable, quick to respond, and made sure every aspect of the event was handled in a timely and organised manner. Everything was so well managed on the day, that we didn't need to supervise anything ourselves, which allowed us to be fully present and enjoy the day with our guests. He also helped us curate the best possible menu within our budget, ensuring both variety and quality without compromising on taste or presentation. A special mention also goes to Mr. Arun, the decorator, who went above and beyond to bring our jungle-themed party to life. The decorations were vibrant, creative, and perfectly matched the theme - from adorable animal cutouts to greenery and playful elements that delighted both kids and adults. The food served at the celebration was delicious and received compliments from all our guests. Every dish was fresh, flavourful, and thoughtfully presented. The dining area was spotless and well-maintained, which added to the overall pleasant experience. We also found the food to be great value for money - excellent taste, and quality service made it well worth it. Thanks to Mr. Ravindra and the entire WestFort team, the event was beautifully executed, and we could truly relax and enjoy the celebration. The C2H banquet hall is in a class of its own--elegant and well-maintained. The food was absolutely delicious, and the variety they offer is impressive. We recently organized a newborn welcome function at West Fort Hotel, and it was an amazing experience. The banquet hall, Close to Heaven, truly lived up to its name--beautifully maintained and perfect for our event. A special thanks to Ravindra Sir, who took great care of us and helped in arranging everything seamlessly. The decoration team did a fantastic job, creating a warm and elegant ambiance. We celebrated or daughters first year birthday here and the banquet hall we chose was Close to heaven. This turned out to be a wonderful event. Having Mr. Ravindra (hotel manager) alongside is as good as having an army of people who takes care of every issue within a split second. His constant follow-ups, checking on everything to make sure the event is a great success is amazing. Food was excellent, not one complained of any flaws and the decoration team did a wonderful job, it was replica of the picture shown. We as parents couldn't have expected anything better than this. We whole heartedly thank each and everything who worked really hard to make this event a memorable one.

We have organised our daughters engagement there where we have ended up paying almost 20-30% extra number of plates by cheating and we did even get the full food after paying full amount . And flower decoration person will charge too much and we won't be able to carry decorated flowers home after the function

We recently celebrated our daughter's first birthday here. The hall is very good for small gatherings. The staffs were very helpful. Mr. Ravindra and team took care of the event flawlessly. Very thankful to the entire team. It was a memorable one.

We availed Banquet Hall services in this Hotel at the top-floor for Engagement Ceremony 26/1. The Place is very spacious and great atmosphere, ambient and view. The Services Provided by In-charge/Manager Mr. Ravindra exceptional and care taking. I recommend this place for any functions.

The hotel is situated in a calm location, conveniently close to Lulu Mall and about 100m from the nearest metro station. However, there are no shops nearby, which might be inconvenient for some. They serve only vegetarian food, with no bar facility available. Since January 2025, the prices have increased. While they claim to be a 2-star hotel, their pricing now aligns more with 3-star rates. The rooms are clean and of average size, and their service is quick, which is a plus. I stayed here on a business trip and have been a regular visitor. However, the breakfast experience was disappointing. The menu remains the same throughout the day, and the quality of the oil used for frying seems poor. For example, the dosa served was excessively oily. Overall, it's a decent place for short stays, especially for business travelers, but the price hike and limited dining quality might make you reconsider. Mapping Out Memories follow for more..
