A special mention to Ramesh from the dining area, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect--cleaning the table promptly, serving food as requested without delay, and frequently checking in to see if we needed anything. We recently stayed at this hotel , and had a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff on duty, Harsh and Siddhika were warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. ||The location is ideal--right in the heart of Bengaluru, making it easy to get around. Our room was beautiful, spotless, and cozy, with a comfortable bed that made sleeping a dream. ||The food was a highlight. WelcomCafe Jacaranda had a great breakfast buffet with plenty of options. The staff was attentive to our needs, and was careful to remember our preferences for the next morning. ||I also enjoyed the outdoor pool and spa, which were perfect for unwinding after a long day.||If you're looking for a hotel that balances luxury, comfort, this is a great choice. I look forward to returning.

The location is fantastic--right in a great neighborhood, with MG Road and nearby malls within walking distance. The breakfast service was just okay. The staff could have been more attentive instead of focusing on select guests. In-room dining service was efficient, though the food could have tasted better. Check-out was a bit slow, which is an area for improvement. Overall, a comfortable stay with great location convenience. A few service enhancements could make the experience even better!

I had a wonderful stay at Welcomhotel Bengaluru. The housekeeping was top-notch, and the front desk staff was courteous and efficient. The morning breakfast had a great variety, from Indian delicacies to continental favorites. The bar was well-stocked, and the attendants were warm and friendly, making for a great experience. One small downside--the pool, while clean, feels a bit dated. A little renovation would make a big difference. Overall, the staff's hospitality made this a fantastic stay. A solid 4-star experience, and I'd gladly return!

We stayed for 4 nights at itc hotel. Staffs looks so friendly and helpful. Jyoti gave us a nice and upgraded rooms so we were so happy also she arranged a cake for our anniversary. We love this place and planning to come soon. Foods are delicious

I recently stayed at ITC WelcomHotel and honestly, from the moment I checked in, the experience was far from what one would expect from a reputed hotel under the ITC brand. Firstly, the check-in process was unwelcoming and impersonal. There was no warmth or courtesy extended, which set a very poor tone for the rest of my stay. Secondly, I had a visitor come to meet me in the afternoon, and to my shock, your staff denied entry, citing a so-called "state police policy" restricting visitors. When I asked why this policy wasn't mentioned anywhere during the booking or check-in, no one could provide a clear or valid explanation--only vague justifications. Thirdly, the breakfast experience was appalling. I was asked to wait for a seat as the restaurant was full. Which professional hotel lets its guests wait for breakfast seating? I was already running late for work, and this delay only made things worse. On top of that, the staff's behavior throughout was cold and unhelpful. I did not feel any sense of hospitality or concern for guest comfort. The room itself had a persistent foul smell, making it extremely difficult to sleep. I chose not to complain further during my stay, as it was clear that no one would take meaningful action. To add to the list, I had requested a late check-out, and the staff agreed to it without any mention of extra charges. However, at the time of check-out, I was suddenly asked to pay for a half-day, citing policy. It was yet another frustrating encounter that reflected the complete lack of clarity and customer consideration in your operations. It feels like the hotel thrives on misleading its guests and hiding behind so-called "policies" that are never communicated transparently. If there was an option for negative rating, I would rate this experience a -10. I will never be recommending ITC Hotels to any of my colleagues or contacts in the future.
