The hotel is nice in terms of ambiance, service, rooms and hospitality. We chose to have all three meals from the buffet. There were many varieties and everything was very well arranged. But taste wasn't up to the mark. It doesn't meet the expectations of a 4 star hotel. Otherwise the stay was amazing, rooms are peaceful and spacious

Great job done by Maria. Very soft spoken and can understand customer needs. She makes customer feel at home and cared. My stay here in Bangalore was very good as she made it special. I will be bringing my family next time.

Received a room at the hotel. The room was not prepared properly. Dirty toilet. Curtain on the floor. No internet in the room at all. The safe does not work. There is no view in the room at all (you see another building). Only the lobby looks good, other than that the level of maintenance of the rooms is poor. When you receive the rooms, the staff comes to repair and maintain.

The location is good but hotel has inadequate parking. Service is not great. The front desk does not answer calls when you try to reach them from the room. The cable TV does not work. Poor power back up. The restaurant food is alright nothing great. Overall a very average experience.

Despite of being on a Prime location, having Nice Ambience, Premium rooms, Descent food There is something missing for making this property a great one. We noticed that there was a gap between the communication within the internal teams of this hotel. The behaviour was different of Morning Staff and Evening Staff. Management should look into this for sure.

Extremely Disappointing Stay - Never Coming Back! I rarely leave negative reviews, but my stay at this hotel was truly terrible. From the moment I checked in, nothing went right. The staff were unhelpful and seemed annoyed anytime I asked a question. The room itself was a disaster - dirty floors, stained sheets, and a horrible smell that wouldn't go away. The bathroom was worse - mold in the shower, leaking taps, and no hot water at all to take a bath, which was incredibly frustrating. I asked the staff multiple times, but nothing was done about it. The AC barely worked, and I could hardly sleep due to the noise from the hallway and thin walls. Breakfast was another joke - cold food, very limited options, and completely unhygienic. I ended up eating elsewhere. To top it off, I was overcharged during checkout and had to argue just to get the correct bill. Overall, this place is poorly managed and not worth the money. Avoid it if you value your comfort and peace of mind.

Probably one of the worst experiences I've ever had in a hotel. The staff lack the basic decency to talk politely to the hotel guests. The service was below average with phones not working and staff not giving toiletries and water inspite of repeated calls. Would not recommend.

This pricing approach feels unfair compared to other hotels. 3. **Lack of Hot Water:** The absence of hot water during my stay (especially in rainy/cold weather) was unacceptable. Basic amenities like this are non-negotiable for guest comfort, and the failure to address it reflects poorly on your management. **Conclusion:** Due to these issues, I will neither return to your hotel nor recommend it to colleagues or associates. I expect a response acknowledging these concerns and outlining corrective measures.
