Villa8485

We booked Villa8485 in Yelahanka for our outing mainly because it had a pool. We confirmed with the staff 2 days prior that it would be clean, but just 15 minutes before reaching, they told us the pool wasn't usable. The rooms were dirty and hadn't been cleaned after the previous guests. The staff tried to just rearrange the same used bedsheets.The staff and owner were rude and had a very casual and unprofessional attitude. We finally cancelled our booking and went back. The place looks nothing like the photos. Not worth it at all!

The staff at the entrance was very rude and behaved very cheaply, the place is good but rude staff and horrible service, don't visit.

My Stay at the villa8485 was truly exceptional, staff were friendly and helpful, I highly recommend this hotel

We wanted a place with a pool and booked an entire unit for a Bachelorette party. Not at all happy with what we got. The pool was unclean and we couldn't enjoy. We got very minimal decor which was for additional cost. Rooms were average. Common hall was big enough but if you don't book the entire unit, might be awkward to share it with other folks. Cleanliness was overall maintained.

The room was very nice and service is also good.but this property is located on a residential area so we not able to use pool, it was restricted. A garden is the but not maintained properly. It is very nice place and it have lot of greenery
