The hotel is located on a very narrow road, which makes it quite challenging for sedans or SUVs to navigate, especially during peak hours as it's close to the busy Hebbal Junction--known for heavy traffic. The rooms are spacious, with a good distance between the bed and TV, and you can get a king-size bed for a comfortable sleep. There's also a couch for seating. However, additional cots are not available, so if you're a group, one person might have to make do with a mattress on the floor. One of the major downsides was the hot water issue. We had to waste nearly three buckets of water waiting for it to turn warm, but it never did. Eventually, the staff brought us a bucket of hot water to bathe with. The AC was also underwhelming--it took around 3 to 4 hours to cool the room properly. Overall, this place works if you're on a tight budget and just need a basic place to stay, but don't expect much in terms of comfort or convenience.

The room was very good, clean and with great space. The staff was very kind and nice, they helped us getting all we need. The hotel is in a great location near many restaurants. We enjoyed our stay here and will definitely come back!

Accommodating staff. Food and service us good. Location is good and you can find many food joints around to satisfy your palates as well.

Pathetic hotel to stay. Rooms are so small that it resembles coffins. Complimentary Breakfast is simple but serving cold idly and oil dripping vadas. Tea/coffe is just hot water with traces of milk. Avoid it.

Worst room, Worst Place There Are Cockroches running all over the place , the tap is broken and the hot water comes so slowly. Even the Bathroom Smell's worst. Drawers are broken NO CLEANLINESS HAS BEEN MANTAINED! SERVICE IS ALSO WORST! I WOLUD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!

I can say a hotel with no hospitality. Worst experience for me. No one at reception to attend to you and no proper seating arrangements for customers waiting. Staff asked us to wait and post waiting for quite some time receptionist comes and tells no rooms available with no courtesy.

The rooms are neat clean and spacious The toilets are also clean and well maintained Check in was fast and easy They have tea and coffee maker in the rooms which is good and a restaurant where they serve from breakfast lunch snacks and dinner The bed was comfortable They have a small elevator There windows were not sound proof,I could hear the outside traffic There was no hot water in the toilet maybe yhe heater was not working. They have parking area inside the hotel.
