1/5 - Disappointing Stay at Treebo RR residency I recently had the misfortune of staying at Treebo, and I must say it was a thoroughly disappointing experience. The staff seemed completely unprepared and lacking in hospitality, which set the tone for a uncomfortable stay. The room service was non-existent, and we had to request even basic amenities like toiletries, towels, and beverages. The maintenance was also poor, with an AC leakage that drenched half our bed with water. To make matters worse, the breakfast service was disorganized, and we didn't even get a chance to order. The check-out process was also inflexible, with no option for a late check-out despite vacant rooms. Overall, I would not recommend Treebo to anyone. The lack of attention to detail and poor customer service made for a horrible experience. Pros: None Cons: Poor staff hospitality, non-existent room service, maintenance issues, disorganized breakfast service, inflexible check-out policy

Disgusting rooms and lots of cockroaches inside the building. The receptionist canceled my online booking and said that there was some problem with my booking then continue to ask 500rs more since less rooms were available and its part of their pricing policy. You can easily find lots of good options nearby. Even Zolos provide short stay way options where you get clean rooms for cheaper than these professional hotels

Hi, My name is Sandeep Kumar and I'm from Kerala..So I have been checking hotels from long back in Banglore as part for a vacation..After a long and thorough checking I visited your website with lots of hope so that we could have a nice and safe stay.. Unfortunately as we had bad treatment from a hotel named RR residency,sanjay nagar..We are worried about the stay because the bath towels provided were very bad and not washed properly and the service was also very bad..We didn't even get breakfast as per the service and the tea provided was also bad in taste..So disappointed about the hotel and your service.

The room was so dirty. The blankets and pillows were stinking. The bathroom was not at all clean. When asked for clean towels, the service guy tried to give the wet towels saying there is no sunlight to get it dried. I would recommend not to stay in this property.

Had a pleasant stay. Nice rooms. Lift facility available. Beverages are served in the rooms. Good service. But car parking facility is not available. Have to park on the road only. Overall good experience.

Full of cockroach in side the room more than 8 roaming here and there , staffs are not responding the complaint, no shower gel, rooms and Cots are dirty smell ... Toilet and WC not cleaned very worst in condition
