It is good,budget friendly, clean rooms,good service. It is great place to stay if you have long layovers for your next flight.close to airport. Easy taxi accessible. They helped us with check-in as early as 7 am. Ground floor restaurant is still closed.lift available.

Pros- Rooms are big and clean. Located at the centre of the city. Cons- no tissues in washroom, WiFi not working or really bad internet, very basic breakfast with bare minimal hygiene, dental kit is not provided and no hot water as well.

One of the best value for money budget hotels I ever stayed in.

Even though the rooms were clean, the surroundings were not very good. Unwanted items were dumbed in the staircase. The lift was not working. The Udupi Hotel on the ground floor was not functional. Need to travel at least 3-4 Kms for a decent restaurant.

Rooms are good. safe for ladies travelling alone. Ambience is also average. A good stay within an economical price range in Bangalore.||Complimentary breakfast is too poor and not recommended for busy people, as you wont get it on time. I had to skip breakfast on most days as I had to leave the hotel at 8 am. But the staff had mentioned that breakfast would start at 7.30 am when I checked in.

Booking Mayhem:|I had to visit Bengaluru with my family and had booked 2 rooms well in advance but while checking in, the hotel reception informed me that even though I had booked a room they don't have any vacant rooms. I was told that they had overbooked due to a technical issue. I understand this can happen but no one can explain why they chose to let the customer know only when they show up for checking into the hotel when the booking happened 3 weeks earlier. Resolving this took a good half a day of interacting with MakeMyTrip and Treebo customer care. The hotel staff barely care - a consistent trend you will see throughout my review.||The booking Mayhem continued when I had to extend my stay and paid for the late check out through their WhatsApp bot, the hotel reception had no information about it and true to their pathetic hospitality were forcing me to check-out by regular noon time. ||It took me initiating 3 chats on their WhatsApp bot to no end. I had to talk to a customer support executive on the phone to get them to call the reception desk to have them acknowledge that the stay got extended.||Pathetic Hotel Management:|We had asked the reception and the house keeping to clean up the room and they just kept ignoring it. They finally came down to clean at 6 pm after at least half a dozen reminders and did a shoddy job at it. They didn't clean out the dust bins, change the towels and clean the bathroom.||The reception desk seems to be clueless around how the booking gets done or how to help customers navigate the issue - their response is talk to customer care. The staff generally are pretty rude and apathetic towards the guests.||We also had a power cut in the hotel while we were staying, and multiple customers had to go to the reception and inform them to initiate the backup. The person trying to start the backup had no clue how to do so and it took a good 20 mins to get the backup working. I am not sure how a hotel can function like this in 2023. I certainly wouldnt stay with Treebo ever in the future and neither will I recommend anyone to stay here.||

Very worst stays Receptionist never respond and does his own work i literally canceled my booking aftr visiting the place and shifted to another hotel... Room was so small and people can peep through hallway to you Bathroom.... Worst rooms ever... No safety for womens....and girls i would prefer for bachelors only They never respond to your calls if you are doing a early check-in or to ask them the proper location...
