Our experience at this hotel was terrible. From the start, it was clear the management didn't know how to run things, and the service was awful. The bathroom was dirty, and the bucket provided hadn't been cleaned properly. It was disgusting. Basic items like shampoo and soap were not available, which is unacceptable for any hotel. The staff was slow and unhelpful. It took them forever to respond when we called for help. For example, the air conditioning in our room wasn't working, and we had to call 11 times over three hours before someone came to fix it. That's just too long to wait for such an important issue. The worst part was the breakfast. Instead of preparing it at the hotel, they brought it from a roadside stall that looked very dirty. When we saw this, we were shocked and couldn't believe how careless they were about food hygiene. The room's television didn't work either, which added to the problems. The manager was no help at all. He didn't take responsibility for anything or try to solve the issues properly. Overall, this hotel was a complete disaster. It was dirty, the service was slow, and the staff didn't care about the guests. If you value cleanliness and good service, do not stay here. It's the worst hotel we've ever been to.

Our experience at this hotel was absolutely terrible. Right from the start, it was clear that the management was incompetent and the services were substandard. The bathroom was unhygienic, with an unclean bucket that clearly hadn't been washed. Basic amenities like shampoo were not provided, which is unacceptable for any hotel claiming to provide decent service. The staff were incredibly unresponsive; they took an unreasonably long time to answer calls, making it frustrating to get even minor issues addressed. The worst part was the breakfast, which was brought from a roadside eatery that was visibly unclean. We couldn't believe it until we saw it ourselves--it was truly shocking and absolutely horrifying. To top it off, the manager was useless, showing no sense of responsibility or accountability for the poor services. Overall, this is the worst place to stay for anyone. I would strongly advise against booking here if you value cleanliness, comfort, and decent service. This place is a disaster.

Very bad experience with this hotel, they said that we will give all facilities but instead of that there was no proper facilities the AC were leaking water , there was no fan , table , and dirty furnitures

Worst service. No breakfast even it was included in our room package. No food for dinner. Very very rude answer by owner. Done come here even by mistake.

Only stay if u are desperate otherwise avoid. When I asked atleast provide me a 1 chair in my room they refused on my face saying it's not included imagine ! , Through out 3 days stay I never got any Hot water , No Towels at all. No inhouse breakfast .

The hotel didn't honour booking done via travelling app . We had to search another hotel in the vicinity. Later we had to paid to hotel. Very bad service

This hotel is not for families , specially not kids . When we checked in there were used bottles of beer in the cupboard . The corridor was full of smoke smell . The photos on the treebo app and website are not real pictures of the room . The property is deliapated, the rooms are quite small . They will provide only one towel per room and not per person , any request for a second towel will be rejected .
