Treebo Apple Villa, Bangalore

I recently stayed at Apple Treebo Villa and had a mixed experience. The room itself was clean, and the interior had a pleasant and modern look, which made the stay comfortable. However, a few issues affected the overall experience. One of the biggest letdowns was the bathroom towel--it was stained and didn't look fresh, which was quite disappointing. Additionally, the in-room amenities were not up to the expected standard. The locker was locked upon arrival, making it unusable, and the fridge was not working, which was inconvenient. Another downside was the complementary breakfast. It did not meet expectations in terms of quality and variety, making it feel below par for the price paid. Overall, while the room's cleanliness and ambiance were positives, the lack of attention to detail in housekeeping and amenities left room for improvement. If these issues are addressed, it could be a much better stay.

The hotel is neat and clean, making it a comfortable stay for all. Located in the center of the city, it offers easy access to major attractions and amenities. The rooms are well-maintained, and the housekeeping is exceptional. A perfect choice for anyone seeking convenience and cleanliness!

The reality of rooms is different from what's shown online. Tiny rooms.. Outside food cannot be delivered in the room. Property is poorly managed the moment you walk in. You need to walk down for everything. Even for cutleries you yourself have to go down. Most importantly being a business hotel, wifi is not working at all. Dropping connections. Compared to similar range hotels, this isn't holding anyplace close to them. There are a bunch of staff who are holding this else this isn't the right place.

I had very bad experience with this hotel. I booked a room for me and my family for 5 night. When we reached the location from abroad and got in the booked room, to our disappointment the bedsheets, pillow covers and comforters looked old, exhausted and were having soiled marks on them. we asked for replacement pillow covers and got similar exhausted pillow covers and unfriendly response from the staff. The most distressing part was in the opposite building construction was going on and in the way to the hotel concrete pieces were falling / raining from the top of that building onto a plastic sheet which was placed on the way to the hotel. We felt very unsafe by this and stayed for one night. I quickly found a far better hotel of high modern standards and superb hygiene and quickly checked out from this low grade hotel. Another interesting part was I got a call from the Trebo representative asking why I didn't complete my stay for which I booked , I gave them the explanation. They regretted and told they will refund the amount of the stay. I told them ok, whatever... Now it's like 5 days or more after that call... No refund... just dialogues. Waste hotel... Dont select such horrible hotels which is a waste of time and money. They cant even take care of their bedsheets and pillow covers... not to mention the SAFETY OF THEIR CUSTOMERS. They post photos of their hotels and rooms when they started the hotel and deceive the customers.

Good arrangents, extremely friendly and helpful hotel staffs. Rooms are neat n clean and well maintained. Food is also good, as far as quality and quantity is concerned, though not having a big variety of menu items.

Very good atmosphere ,housekeeping services was very nice .Complementary breakfast was outstanding .Hassle free check in and fast check out provided by front desk staffs .Excellent manner by all staffs .Good people's here .Housekeeping staffs are vey help full.

Rooms are small. Food can be ordered from hotel itself but bit costly. English speakers are very less but people can understand what you are conveying. TV available. Feel free to highlight any issue to reception. They are solving all issues on first priority.

It was a very comfortable stay . I stayed there just for 1 day. The highlight of this hotel is their service and cleanliness. The staffs are all very friendly and professional. The rooms are bit smaller but adequate for 2 people. Its very clean. The only problem i faced there was the availability of hot water. It s available but taking a long time to get it and water was just warm. They have a restaurant and provides food upon request. I dont knw wheather they are cooking it there or bringing is from somewhere but the food is good but bit highly priced.
