Townhouse 106 Airport Road

checked the reviews before booking, and they were already bad--and it turns out they were true. The hotel and rooms looked decent in photos, but in reality, there was no running water, the flush didn't work, and the reception phone was useless--no one answered, and it didn't even work. booked the room mainly to take a shower and get some rest before my flight--but ended up boarding without even bathing. That was the whole point of booking the room

Since there is no 0 star im going with 1. Around 1 year before ( sept 2024) i stayed here that time it was okish but now last week when i stayed its like the worst worst. Room are filled with 100's of cockroaches ( im not even exaggerating ). When i opened shower baby cockroaches were falling like rain. Bed is dirties pillow. Washroom flush is not working. Since it was late night check out and went with family so couldn't able to do anything. And one more thing while we were trying to checking in, one incident happened made it to feel that it might not be a property where you can take family.

Rooms with unclean linen, with friendly cockroaches. No water to drink or clean.. DO NOT BELIEVE IMAGES. Service not good at all. Location close to airport but travel to and fro from airport is bit costly. Not worth staying..

This 3-star hotel truly delivers a 1-star experience! The washrooms were dirty, and the rooms were dim and stuffy, with barely any natural sunlight. They didn't provide even the basic amenities like shampoo, hair oil, a toothbrush, toothpaste, a comb, or soap. The lack of care and attention to detail was shocking, and it's clear they're far from competing with other hotels. Definitely not a place to stay, especially with family--highly disappointing!

If I would get a chance to select 0 or less than that I would have selected.. the roaches were all over the room it was so unhygienic upon that they don't have good water supply. The water will not come neither for shower nor in wash basin. I am regretting why I booked this cheap hotel and he charged me extra 600 rupees because I booked online.

3 rd class service very bad ambience rooms smells a lot no Ac working no to working no hot water every one was Soo rude very bad service n experience never recommend that hotel .. cockroach everywhere bed buds shower broken bed broken light no working ... n no water also
