Overall a very pleasant experience! We had booked the entire accommodation for our son's marriage. Had a comfortable stay with all the guests who arrived for the marriage. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The one area which we felt needs improvement is the breakfast arrangement. Have recommended Silver Chimes to friends and family.

Hotel rooms are spacious and very comfortable. All staff is very much helpful and polite. Only one area where improvement require is restaurant. Morning breakfast can be displayed as buffet system and also in lunch and dinner also can be served at hotel. All other things are excellent including Mr. Kushal's hospitality.

Rude manager behaviour. We had room booked online. Our train was rescheduled and we reached hotel few hours early. The manager was very rude. We requested for early check in. He not only denied us room but told us to cancel the confirmed booking too.

I have serious doubts about the authenticity of the fantastic reviews here. Because I booked a room after being impressed with them and was utterly disappointed. The only 2 things good about this property are - the room with an attached balcony and location. But...the washroom is super small with an inconvenient bathing space. Could have been better designed. My parents found it extremely uncomfortable. Don't don't let the phrase complimentary breakfast fool you. When we checked in, we were told that the Chef had suddenly left the job just 2 days ago (how convenient). We had to place an order for breakfast the previous night and the next day they got it from somewhere. It was cold. Even after our request for reheating it, it was still cold. You can imagine how cold Dosa and Idli would have tasted like! Toast and coffee were done in house. But they should have asked us whether we want the butter and jam on the side. They toasted the bread, applied both butter and jam 1 on top of each other and served it to us! It is really a pity that with such beautiful rooms and great location, they're unable to utilize and sustain this property. The poor staff are all bundled up in one single room with Bunker beds. People coming in late are given a phone number to call and hope that someone will answer the door. I hope the owners realise that running a hotel is not just about constructing rooms and hiring people from other states and hoping that it will run on its own. It takes much more work than that.

Room is comfortable, spacious for 2 PPL.Wash room is ok ok , anyways good. The part which is disappointing is complimentary breakfast. Better to book rooms without breakfast and pay less..Break fast as such is not readily available, we have to wait a lot to have atleast one kind of breakfast. Otherwise for stay and room is ok . You can have food from outside.

NOBODY SHOULD VISIT THIS PLACE!! IF YOU READ THIS , YOU'RE ON THE RIGHT TRACK !!6 Seems like you need to be taught some basics! When a customer comes to a property and has a concern about something and you guys not solving that is also a SERVICE!! SECONDLY, talking about the T&C, the customer care representative themselves confirmed that whatever I asked for is what was booked , you don't even have the basic clarity as to as to what's been updated on the app !! LASTLY, the way you've responded to a customer complaint itself shows your service! I RECKON YOU GUYS QUIT HOSPITALITY! Pathetic service!! Worst Experience! I would never suggest anyone to come here ever ! I had booked a superior room with a queen size bed , on arrival they gave a normal room with small twin beds ! On speaking to the owner he clearly refused saying, Subject to availability! Bloody rubbish! After taking the full payment this is what they do ! Very poor service! Absolutely no courtesy! Nobody should come here !!
