The hotel's amenities were top-notch. I particularly enjoyed the delicious and varied breakfast buffet each morning, which catered to all tastes. Every staff member I encountered, from the front desk to the housekeeping team, was friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. They made me feel valued as a guest and contributed significantly to making my stay memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and outstanding stay. I will definitely be returning on my next visit!

We loved our stay here for 4 days. The breakfast buffet was scrumptious and the hospitality was top notch. Can't wait to get back here for relaxing. We were welcomed with cake and that was the loveliest thing that made our day. The ambience is beautiful and luxurious

The staff was lovely. Yummy food. Thank you Chef Ayub for whipping up something special for us. Truly exemplary experience. Me and my colleagues really had a great experience. Kudos to the entire team for giving us an experience after such a long and tedious flight.

Hossain is very nice person he was great excellent in cleaning. Highly recommend this person into a higher position. Its not about cleaning its about how you deal with clients. And he is so kind and polite. God bless to this person the hotel so proud to have him.

Stayed one night here whilst on a tour of Karnataka & Tamil Nadu. Unhelpful check-in staff member. Room mini-bar empty. No hand towels or coffee sachets. Safe not bolted to the wall. Bedside electrical socket broken. Bed mattress collapsed in middle. Cheap toilet paper. Unpleasant odor from A/C. No view from window due to palm trees. No drinks allowed around the pool area (suggest plastic glasses). Hardly a 5 star hotel! I raised all the above issues on check-out with the front bench manager and to date he has failed to respond...... The swimming pool was very nice and the breakfast was superb. A lovely hotel let down by poor management.

Chef Abdul Kayum was the best, he made us relish mutton sheek kabab. It's the best we have ever come across.|Such good hospitality. Cleanliness is maintained. Very good ambiance. Feels like another home.|Thank u Lalit Ashok for such amazing gesture
