The hotel staff is rude towards customers and wouldn't give timely room service even after multiple requests and reminders. Good to avoid this hotel especially if you are from outside Bangalore, no respect for guests.

I recently stayed at Hotel Kanishka and found the location to be very convenient. However, the overall experience was disappointing due to poor service. The nights were quite noisy, with disturbances from other guests, which made it hard to relax. Additionally, the WiFi was extremely unreliable, making it unsuitable for anyone who needs to work during their stay.

PATHETIC, WORST AND DIRTY EXPERIENCE . Today morning inspite of telephonic prior confirmation, I was made to wait for 45 minutes and then refused. Arrogance was so high that, the bearded guy at the reception tells me that, do whatever you wish, write feedback, reviews , complain we don care. HUMBLE REQUEST DONT GO TO THIS PLACE. I had visited this hotel -07-12-2024, My booking by Make my trip, I had visited single person, they had given me 2 bads, when I complete, them, receptionist told me, I will change your room in one hours, then again in had hone he told me will change within 30 mints, they didn't change my room, I had booked AC room they given me Non AC Room, My booking I'd -NH79035370692840

One of the best hotels in the heart of the city with spacious clean rooms and ample parking. Good connectivity to bus stand, metro and railway station which are within 1.5 km from the hotel. Friendly well behaved staff. They are obsessed with cleaning that's what I liked most. There is an Udupi restaurant attached to the hotel where you can get a variety of veg food. You can also use the luggage room after check out. Paid parking is available for outside vehicles. Safe for women.

One cannot expect too much From the hotel. Neat and tidy

I booked this hotel directly over the phone, trusting them because my family stays here regularly for 4 days during the RadhaSaomi Satsang. Normally, we book online, but this time we trusted them. They asked for a 10k advance, which we paid. Unfortunately, my mother fell ill, and we had to cancel. The hotel agreed to refund but kept delaying it for over a month. Every time I call, they make excuses or promise to call back, which never happens. This place is run by crooks who don't care about their customers--just money. Avoid them at all costs!
