Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The entire experience was comfortable, relaxing, and enjoyable from start to finish. The accommodations were clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged, providing everything we needed for a pleasant stay. My family felt at home throughout, and we truly appreciated the peaceful and welcoming atmosphere.||One of the highlights of our visit was the breakfast. It was fresh, delicious, and offered a good variety of options to suit everyone's taste. The dining area was clean and well-organized, and the staff ensured everything was replenished promptly. It made for a perfect start to our day.||The service throughout our stay was excellent. Staff members were polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. We also found the location convenient and accessible, which made exploring the surrounding area easy and stress-free.||Overall, we had a fantastic time and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Choosing this hotel was my worst decision ever. I was traveling with my family. Whenever I travel with my family I always prefer to give them a memorable experience. But this time they were so unhappy because of the behavior and the attitude of one of the receptionist of this hotel. I told her please try to give me a king size bed room because I am traveling with my family. She made me wait for 15 mins, on the other hand she was giving check-in to other guests. She was not at all interested to take my check-in, after 15 mins she told me that only twin bed is available and also she was telling her colleagues bad about me in her local language. But I have been traveling to India frequently so, I understand hindi a bit. For the very first time I got ashamed in front of my family. Because of that one receptionist my entire trip experience got spoiled. Hotel should give her training how to speak with her guest and the curteousy. I never saw a receptionist chewing pan masala in front of cusis mer. The lady has small eyes, dark skin tone and was looking like northeastern.

Staff were friendly and helpful. the building was old but maintained well. food was great also. Although the area was near the highway it is still quiet when inside the hotel. Near shopping malls and tourist spots.Overall it was a great experience.

Comfortable stay with good staff. Meals were good.||Only thing is the bath tub which isn't installed properly and hence leaks water outside messing up the entire floor. ||Overall a good place to come and stay for leisure or work and highly recommended for it's location too.

I stayed here for a couple of days. The service is excellent stay the housekeeping staff are polite and professional specially Mary who services my room and floor manager prokas taking care of my stay and make it memorable , regularly housekeeping providing fresh supply and towal and cleanness is sharp and tidy|Tha location is very easy to acces i suggest to take the experience of the luxury here thanks.

Choosing Chancery was my best decision though it 4stars property but the facilities and the cleanliness are on top the room was very comfortable and the friendly staff with is ready to help and guide you at anytime thank to Emlangki for the her smooth check-in and free upgradation of room this hotel are highly recommend will visit next time

Well, we had specifically requested for a large bed and non smoking. apparently the place doesn't have rooms with large beds and are non smoking. At least that's what their excuse was. Finally we ended up changing rooms to get a room with two twin beds because the stench in the original room was unbearable. To be clear the hotel charged extra for our 10 year old kid. The breakfast is below average for a place that costs as much as this place and they don't have enough space for all the guests. So, either go very early or wait.
