Taj West End, Bengaluru

We stayed for 3 nights at the Taj last summer and had an amazing time. The hotel was our tranquil haven to escape the heat and bustle of the city. Surrounded by gardens and huge trees, the hotel grounds feel cooler than outside its gates and make a lovely place to stroll. ||Our room was beautifully decorated, luxurious and modern but still reflecting the heritage of the hotel. Top things I liked about our room - the bed was large and comfortable, the bathroom was spa-like, and the privare outdoor seating backed onto the garden. It was spotlessly clean and kept that way throughout our stay.||We ate breakfast at the hotel each day and it was excellent quality. The breakfast was buffet style but with stations for food prepared to order too. There was a lot of variety, including Indian and Western choices. We also ate at one of the hotel's restaurant, Loya, which we loved and I reviewed separately. ||The facilities at the hotel were excellent and the two outdoor pools were perfect to cool down in. Neither pool had many people in it when we were there so we largely had them to ourselves.||Location wise, the hotel is set on one of the main roads (though you wouldn't know it once inside) so it's easy to grab a taxi to wherever you want to go and that's the easiest way to get around. Get an app like uber to book taxis rather than arranging through the concierge as it's much cheaper and very straightforward.||Overall, we absolutely loved this hotel and wouldn't look to stay anywhere else if we visited Bengaluru again.

Extremely nice room. We loved the place. Everything looked really fresh when we were there. We stayed in the Taj Club room.... Really nice breakfast spread. We celebrated my wife's birthday at Machan, Taj West End, and it turned out to be a truly memorable evening. The setting was elegant, the food was exceptional--but what stood out most was the thoughtful service. A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Nagaraj, who went above and beyond to make the evening special for us. His warmth and attention to detail added a personal touch that we'll always remember. Grateful for such a beautiful experience!

I stayed at Taj west end for 4 days during an office trip and had a wonderful experience. The property is well maintained with great aesthetics and all the necessary amenities provided in the room. The breakfast spread was impressive, featuring a live counter for customised options. A special mention to Prakash babu - he was exceptionally polite and made every guest feel welcome. He even remembered everyone's favourite breakfast dish, which added a personal touch to the stay. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers!

We had a wonderful experience at Taj West End during our recent stay starting May 1st. This was our second visit to the property, and it once again lived up to our expectations. The lush greenery and serene ambiance offer a resort-like feel right in the heart of the city.||The breakfast experience was, as always, delightful. The spread was generous, and the seating area was comfortable and well-maintained.||A special mention to Mr Venkatesh and Mr Mohan for their warm, friendly, and attentive service. Such pleasantness and care they showed us; these are the memories one makes when on a vacation. Thanks to the both of them!

Taj West End in Bengaluru is simply exquisite! The lush greenery and beautiful gardens create a serene oasis in the midst of the city. The staff is incredibly attentive and friendly, making every guest feel special. Our room was luxuriously appointed and spotlessly clean. Dining at the various restaurants was a delight, with a fantastic array of delicious options. The spa is a must-visit for ultimate relaxation. We came back for our anniversary and the people here are the friendliest. Very genuinely caring and attentive. Mr. Venkatesh and Ms. Shweta at Machan, Sachin and Sushil at Loya, Ms. Sangita and Shino at Blue Ginger made our time memorable. Look forward to see you again next year!
