Had a disappointing experience with the hotel's management. A friend and I visited to check out a room for his stay, but they have a strict "only two people allowed" policy even for a quick 10-minute visit. The lack of flexibility and poor customer service made the experience frustrating. Hospitality should be about accommodating guests, not enforcing rigid rules without consideration. Wouldn't recommend if you're looking for a welcoming and customer-friendly environment.

Extremely Disappointed - Dirty and Poorly Maintained Room I had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel. The room was far from clean -- the bedsheets looked used, the bathroom was dirty with mold in the shower, and there was dust and grime on almost every surface. The carpet smelled musty and had visible stains, and the trash from previous guests hadn't even been emptied. This is unacceptable for any standard of accommodation. I brought up the issue with the front desk, but the response was indifferent and no real action was taken. I do not recommend this hotel and will definitely not be returning.

One of the under rated rooms, rooms are totally unsafe from the families, room and bathroom don't have locks , bedspread are with dirty lipstick marks , lizards and cockroaches are there. Some illegal activities are happening in this hotel, kindly take action on the above mentioned details . Even mentioning to the reasons for the hotel people and telling to refund, but it's not happening . Kindly Need to take serious action on the same who ever sees this

Our check-in time was 12 PM, but we arrived a bit late at 1:40 PM. Despite this, we were asked to wait for 15 minutes because the room was still being cleaned. Unfortunately, this wait turned into 46 minutes before we finally got the room. Once inside, we faced several issues. The bed was broken on one side, the TV didn't work, and the AC was also not functioning. On top of that, the bed wasn't very clean, which made the stay uncomfortable. Overall, the experience was disappointing. The management needs to address these issues to provide a better experience for their guests.

Waste and worst hotel which I stayed at for a night. No room cleaning service available. No proper guidance. If we ask anything in reception they won't give a proper answer. Till the amount paying they will respect. After that we cannot question any word. So please avoid this hotel for staying. They allow alcohol and cigrate in rooms

I visited this place and had mixed feelings. While the ground floor looked amazing, the rooms were unfortunately not clean. Hopefully, they'll work on improving the cleanliness, because the ambiance has a lot of potential
