StayVista at Coconut Skies in Bengaluru | 4 BHK Premium Villa

We stayed here over the new years and the place is perfect for a gathering. The rooms span over 4 floors and are spacious and well lit with extra bedding provided as well. The living room itself is not too big but is easily accessible to the kitchen and dining and the outdoor sit out so it's still quite cozy. The caretaker was reachable and polite. Definitely recommend this place for a get together for a good time. Food delivery is very quick with lots of options all around and so is blinkit, instamart as well. Medical shop at walkable distance too.

A group of us co-workers had a wonderful experience at this stay. Some of our concerns were : The rooms were neat and tidy. The restrooms had crawling insects though (cockroaches) , hence I would say they should be better maintained. AC was fit in only one bedroom. Would be really comfortable for all the guests if all the rooms had one unit. The hall was pretty warm in the evening (despite Bangalore weather) , a cooler / AC unit would have been a good addition. The house has been done up well otherwise to make the stay cozy and comfortable for guests like us! The caretaker was a nice man, he asked us time and again if we needed any help. Would definitely recommend!

Was awestruck by the sheer beauty of the place. Exquisite architecture and each room so well done. Clean, neat and spacious. Had an amazing and memorable time with friends. It's far from the city yet accessible to order food from lip-smacking places. Definitely will recommend it to friends and family.

Stayed at Coconut skies with group of friends. Awesome property,clean rooms. Service was a big disappointment. Lift were not functioning. No care taker was available on spot,had to phone them each time only get more disappointed. Tea was not served when asked (even when we were willing to pay).did not saw the care taker even once during our stay. he was just available on phone. When asked for dish cleaning,it was denied stating they will do next day. Care taker asked us to check out at 10 AM,even when the mentioned time was 11 am. Breakfast was served very late that too ordered items were missing. Water can was kept at ground floor and had to carry it to first floor kitchen as no caretaker was present. Such a beautiful property but pathetic service. The owners had to be very vigilant on which care takers they are keeping as thy we're very irresponsible.

Was catching up with old friends after really long and we really loved the stay! It was spacious and cozy. Location was great with a friendly neighborhood! All amenities will be also situated in a walking radius; from the liquor store to the grocery shop.

Amazing place with beautiful infrastructure and space , 4 bedrooms very spacious and a big kitchen with a 6 seater dinning area. As much as I enjoyed the beauty of the place totally disappointed with the service. No one to take care of things and understand if the guests checked in are comfortable. Everything was serviced after a phone call done to the caretaker who was available only on call never seen on the time of stay. One of the blankets was dirty and had fungus, only 2 rooms had AC other 2 rooms did not have the ACs. 25lts water cans were kept on the ground floor but not refilled to the water dispenser which we had to carry it to the kitchen on the first floor as there was no one to assist. Not easy for ladies/old people to carry the cans to the kitchen which is a floor above to refill. Initially when checked committed on getting tea but later on refused to deliver and was asked to get over swiggy. The check out time was 11:00am but was told by Mr Prabhu to check out at 10:00am. The breakfast was served only at 9:40am and tea was served at 10:15am. There was lady to help but only till 6pm who said she is not a caretaker and after that she was not there, which was not informed to us. For a group of ladies of 8 was just not a break over the weekend it was pay and do your work yourself as we had to do the vessels ourselves as the caretaker at 6:30 refused to send anyone for cleaning saying no one is in the property and will send them only at 9:00am and only security will be available. I really don't think so this was the kind of service that was expected. A responsibility on the service has to be taken care when the pay is not small. Again the property is amazing but not the service

Quaint villa in the middle of the city, great interiors, high ceilings - nice place to mingle and chat, clean and big rooms 4 bed rooms, 5 bath rooms + big kitchen and dining space and a couple of outside areas.
