Receptionist behaviour is very bed, they are asking more money from us we didn't accept that that's why that have not given any rooms.

Unhygienic Rooms. They will charge you extra money during check in if u booked online. Poor customer service. Location of the hotel is good.

Worst Logde and if we have negative star that should be given to this SPOT ON Gayatri Comforts lodge , The hotel reception person is very rude and horrible, this Lodge SPOT ON Gayatri Comforts are not supporting OYO bookings, I had booked a room from OYO and paid an advance amount as well and when reach the lodge for the booked room these people are charging for more money and they very rude and abusive with words as well they take an advantage of the dependency and we were unable to contact OYO customer care on rite time, and when I connect to OYO team they denied that they took more amount, These ON Gayatri Comforts lodges scamster and fraud , pls be careful before u book and go.

Worst hotel and service. I made a reservation for my uncle through Booking app and confirmed the room with them in the morning. The hotel person said room is available and when my uncle reached there he said rooms are not available.. They simply fool the customer.. i recommend never to book this hotel as the hotel staff is not trust worthy at all

Very bad rooms and heavy cost it's was not perfect no ventilation service also not better boy asking extra money

Charges extra 500+ rupees money when you check in.. behaviour of the receptionist is so rude and room is so poor.. very congested room... dirty smell comes from outside..bed is very dirty.. they don't wash.bed sheet is colour with lipstick & small hairs are over the bed sheet..under the bed u can find liquid bottle....I will suggest everyone not to go there even u r in emergency..and special advice for couple: don't go there..there is no safety for you

They don't support oyo.. Don't book through oyo.. Oyo should remove it from their list.. I booked directly after coming here after a tyring journey.. as they didn't allow oyo. Rooms are worst. For 800 for a single person.. Worst room you can get..

I booked a single-person room through OYO, but when I arrived, the hotel staff rudely demanded extra money despite my confirmed booking. They were unprofessional and unhelpful. I tried reaching out to OYO customer service, but they did nothing to resolve the issue. I ended up wasting 2 hours outside on the road and losing 2000 on cab expenses. This was an extremely frustrating experience. OYO and Bangalore hotels need to seriously improve their service and professionalism. Would not recommend! And Yes all OYO reviews are completely fake.
