SPOT ON 49895 Rkccomforts

When we arrived to check in post booking the rooms via OYO app the receptionist quite comfortably rude in his acknowledgment said, "No OYO, No OYO, we not book for OYO". We insisted on him checking once again as we had OYO rooms confirmation that the rooms are booked. Later we had to call OYO rooms customer service to sort the confusion out post that call to OYO the receptionist accepted and confirmed our room booking and he charged us additional 5% over the booking rate in OYO app. No additional blanket were available no room service nothing. Washroom was not clean. Over all experience highly inconvenient.

High risk to you and your luggage

It's not tied up with oyo but u ll find in oyo listing. Room wise okay Cost was rs800 for one night
