I stayed at this budget hotel during a short trip to Bengaluru and found it to be a good option if you need a place to rest for 9-10 hours or overnight. The room was clean, and so was the toilet, which was a big plus for me. Room service was prompt and efficient. What I liked was that they had menu cards from local restaurants placed in the room. You can order food easily, and the rates are pretty normal, so you won't feel like you're overpaying. Overall, it's a no-frills, budget-friendly place that serves its purpose well for a short and comfortable stay.

The hotel is not just a hotel, it feels like u carry your home along with u. Rooms are so spacious to do your home to office job and to finish your morning yoga comfortably. Staff are so friendly and supportive. And the last but not the least its a better place to stay near airport.

Extremely Disappointed with the Unprofessional Behavior I recently stayed at this hotel and had a truly unpleasant experience. What stood out the most was the completely unacceptable behavior of the lady manager on duty. She not only treated my family with clear disrespect, but in front of me, but when I requested room service for boiled water for my baby, she even scolded the room service for doing that.This was not just unprofessional--it was inhumane. As a paying guest, basic courtesy and hospitality are expected, regardless of the circumstances. Her actions were humiliating and deeply upsetting. I strongly advise the management to seriously reconsider who they place in leadership roles, as this kind of attitude reflects poorly on the entire establishment. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families looking for a respectful and welcoming environment.

This Is The Best Find I Got For My Stay As I Had A Layover Of 12 Hrs In Bangalore. Hotel Staffs Are Very Helpful And Trust Worthy Specially Abhi At The Reception Counter. Thanks SM Royal For A Wonderful Stay.

If possible, I strongly advise you to avoid this property. I had booked a regular room for two adults when I arrived. Upon requesting a twin bed, I was surprised to learn that the property demanded an additional 1000 rupees. This was unprecedented, as I had never encountered such a charge during my extensive travels. They explained that the twin room was considered a superior category. Despite paying the additional fee, I expected a superior room, but I was disappointed to find a substandard one. The bedsheets were stained, and the towels were missing. When I called the receptionist, they sent the towels, but they too had stains on them. I requested a wake-up call at 5 am, but it never arrived. When we went downstairs, the receptionist was asleep. The room price included a buffet breakfast, but they only started serving breakfast at 8 am. This was unacceptable, especially since my flight was early. I requested a discount since we were not consuming the breakfast, but my request was refused. The only positive aspect of my stay was their airport pickup and drop service, which cost 600 rupees per way. In conclusion, I strongly recommend that you look for alternative hotels to avoid any similar experiences.

Really nice hotel. We stayed for a few hours when we arrived quite late in the night, this hotel was the perfect distance from the airport towards Bangalore city center. The toilet could have had a bit more toilet paper, but otherwise everything was super fine and the staff is very friendly!
