Sleek Townhouse 442 Galexia Hotel and Resorts

I recently stayed at Sleek Townhouse 442 Galexia Hotel and Resorts in Bangalore and was thoroughly disappointed. From the moment I arrived, the service felt apathetic and disorganized, with the front desk taking an unreasonably long time to check me in. The room was shabby and outdated, with cleanliness issues that made the whole experience unpleasant. Despite the steep pricing, none of the promised amenities were up to standard--everything from the bedding to the in-room facilities was subpar. The common areas were noisy and poorly maintained, and I found the management to be indifferent to guest concerns. Overall, the stay fell far below expectations, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free experience.

please don't book this hotel froud people. Reception people asking extra money. They dishonored OYO Price and collected Rs 500/- extra from us while check-in, If u paid online through oyo so can't give room Don't book a room in oyo app because they won't allow offers as shown in the oyo app, they will ask us to pay full amount to maintain the tariff. please don't book this hotel

They dishonored OYO Price and collected Rs 300/- extra from us while check-in, Reception said they are not oblige to honor Oyo customers.......when OYO customer don't get fare price the how do OYO accept such coordination with Hotel....OYO loosing trust

Absolutely pathetic rooms. Full of cockroaches. The hotel has to realise that it's a big hygiene issue and guest can get really affected with this kind of non maintained rooms. Bed sheets had multiple stains. No amenities/ toiletries in the room. No towels not even a soap. It's a waste of money for anyone.

When we book hotel on oyo app amount is less...when we visit to hotel they will charge 1350 Rupees including tax Oyo has been shown 1019 Rs including tax This is not good while booking in oyo App

Crappy place. They don't coordinate with room booking aggregators. I had booked this place on booking.com & paid for 4 days booking. When I landed at this property, they claimed that they had absolutely no record of the booking. Despite showing them the booking id and email and despite showing them the proof of payment, they claimed that there was no record of my booking. Besides at the time of booking, I was assured that breakfast was complimentary. But this place has no kitchen which means there's no food available & you have to rely on Swiggy or Zomato. Please don't waste your money & time going here.

* They charge extra (min. 600) on anything they can, such as a tea stain on the bed-sheet (which their staff members had spilled while delivering tea after 4 consecutive calls). * Wifi remains only for name sake. The network has no internet access. * Location-wise, neither Jio nor Airtel provide good telecom service. * Bathrooms are risky with broken sinks and slippery floors. * Expect no room service. * No provision of free / paid breakfast / lunch / dinner. Zomato is your only option for doorstep delivered meals.

What a horrible place. Stepped in mid-night with a booking and the front office were busy consuming alcohol in the back office. Front desk asked to cancel saying cannot check in only to accommodate when i bluntly refused.. Next on the room !! So dirty with spreads, blankets, pillow ever changed. No toiletries provided and a foul smell. Seems this is exclusively used by couples for what not !!! Stains on the bed and stinking .. Had no choice than to check-out first thing in the morning with no sleep .. Would never recommend this to anyone
