Shangri-La Bengaluru

Last week visited b Cafe at Shangri-La for dinner and had an amazing experience! The buffet was beautifully curated with a wide range of delicious options. The sushi, fresh salads, and perfectly cooked pork were absolute highlights! Elegant ambience, top-notch service, and mouthwatering food made it a truly memorable evening. Highly recommend for a luxurious dining experience!

Caprese is a cozy Italian restaurant that serves delicious, homemade food. The place has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for a relaxed dinner.||We started with the Stuffed pasta, which was fresh and flavourful. The tomatoes were sweet, and the bread was crispy. For the main course, the pizza was creamy and rich, with fresh cheese that melted in the mouth.||The service was friendly and fast, and the prices were reasonable. If you're looking for tasty Italian food in a comfortable setting, this spot is a great choice.||A huge shoutout to Praveen

Excellent super premium experience.|It was a work travel on a very tight schedule; unfortunately was not able to try the spa gym or all the restaurants.||But the room was plush with a large well laid out restroom. ||The large window has an amazing view of the Bangalore skyline and the greens in and around.||Breakfast spread was awesome with a lovely sit out area. ||Staff very polite and helpful. Overall an amazing experience. Would|Love to come back with more time on hand

Awesome hotel. Great food spread. Lovely Club rooms. The Club lounge is a good idea and access is included with the Club rooms. Good board room for having meetings. Only complaint was the toilets on the meeting room floor were not being cleaned in regular intervals and therefore when the meeting rooms were occupied the toilets were actually smelly and really bad. Surprising as the rest if the hotel was spic and span.

Visited this rooftop restaurant, and it was an absolutely romantic and luxurious experience. The ambience and the view were breathtaking--definitely a 10/10! The food quality and taste were top-notch, easily a perfect 10/10. The head chef personally checked in multiple times for feedback, which was a nice touch. Service was also great, I'd rate it 9/10. Overall, a must-visit spot with your loved ones for a memorable dining experience!

Genuinely one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Every staff member without exception provided first class service, so courteous and nothing too much trouble. Wonderful gym and gorgeous outdoor pool. Exceptional food. My spacious 16th floor room with eagles soaring outside the window was really special.

I would like to commend your concierge manager, Naseem, for his outstanding customer service. His warm and inviting demeanour instills a sense of comfort in all guests upon their arrival at the hotel. Naseem's commitment to assisting others is clearly demonstrated through his efforts in planning excursions and offering dinner recommendations. Additionally, he has extended his kindness to many of my friends who have had the pleasure of staying at the hotel. ||Naseem is an exceptional individual with a pure soul, and I eagerly anticipate my return to the Shangrila to see him.

The food was really amazing here in Shangri-La hotel. The room was really clean and all the staff was very professional. Rina and jian was really kind and The hi tea from lobby lounge was delicious. The staff from front office was very friendly as well. Will visit soon again.
